At present,a series of innovative technologies such as 5G,block chain,big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence are becoming powerful engines for economic growth and financial innovation.With the gradual expansion of the Internet financial market,all parties have entered a "seesaw war" for market share.With the rapid development of financial science and technology,the iteration and updating of Internet financial products,the expansion of domestic demand and promotion of consumption by the State,the introduction of a new round of financial sector reform plan and other factors,how traditional urban commercial banks give play to their advantages,change channels and accelerate,and take the key step of "digitization" has become a "must answer" for the development of the banking industry.In this paper,Lanzhou bank financial services online marketing as an example,mainly explore the problems and shortcomings,using STP and 4I marketing theory for in-depth analysis,and finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,that Lanzhou bank should be based on customer service,build a more efficient online integrated service platform,increase the width,breadth and depth of financial products live marketing to meet customer demand for financial services.This article explores how to refine the live-streaming marketing of wealth management business,create an efficient online advertising platform,and contribute to the high-quality development of Lanzhou Bank.At the same time,it also has practical reference value for online marketing of other banks.
