Due to its unique natural,cultural,geographical and religious environment,Tibet-related areas have attracted the attention of international public opinion.The international communication of Tibet-related areas has become an important part of showing China’s development,telling China’s stories well,and making the voice of China heard.The development of media technology makes communication subjects and modes more diversified,which provides an opportunity for international communication and Tibet-related cross-cultural communication.The creators of We-Media in Tibet-related areas also actively carried out communication practices on overseas social platforms.The study of representative We-media videos in Tibet-related areas is helpful to dispel rumors,exert their strong affinity,and shape a good media environment of Tibet.At the same time,it is also helpful to improve the international communication ability of multiple subjects.This thesis takes "Tibet Travel" as the research object,which is a You Tube we-media of Tibet-related areas.Based on Genet’s narratology theory,and interprets video narrative strategies through text analysis.At the same time,based on the comments of their You Tube video,this thesis discusses ways for international audiences to decode the content and meaning of the story from the perspective of decoding theory.Through the above analysis,this thesis attempts to summarize the value of We-Media communication in Tibet-related areas as well as the narrative experience and communication strategy of international communication.Through research,the author finds that the We-Media creators in Tibet-related areas spread internationally through independent operation,cooperation with professional institutions or building teams on the You Tube platform.The video content involves multiple themes such as life,food,culture,nature,etc,and the audio-visual language and non-verbal language are combined in the video to build audience emotional resonance.However,in the process of communication,there are also communication barriers due to the influence of language form,interaction frequency and cultural discount.Therefore,through comparative analysis,the author studied the videos of the account of "Tibet Travel".The research found that: in the theme,the account content involves nature,life,folk customs and folk customs;In the narrative to present the content clearly and intuitively.In terms of narrative perspective,it uses internal and external focus visual angle,so as to enrich the narrative subject and achieve empathy narrative;In audiovisual language analysis,visual symbols with rich field of view,auditory symbols highlighting ethnic characteristics and international language expression build a common meaning space for the audience.It can be seen from the analysis of the user comment text that foreign audiences have made positive interpretations of the audio-visual language,story content and offline behavior representation,leading decoding of culture,religion and the relationship between man and nature,negotiating decoding of culture such as marital relationships and intergenerational relationships,and opposing interpretation of the authenticity of the video under the influence of stereotypes and fixed thinking.Based on the above research,the author further explains the role and function of the We-Media creators in Tibet-related areas in international communication,combines the narrative strategy of "Tibet Travel" video with the analysis of commentary text,puts forward the narrative strategy from the agenda setting,narrative language and perspective,and the international communication strategy of Tibet-related areas from the platform,subject and operation mechanism.
