Research On Applicability Evaluation Of Intelligent Renovation Of Existing Residential Areas

Under the current background of advocating high-quality development and urban renewal development,applying information technology on intelligently transform existing residential areas to improve the quality of residents’ life is a way to solve the problem of existing residential area renewal and new ideas and directions to achieve high-quality development.However,norms and standards related to the intelligent transformation of existing residential areas haven’t been perfected,and the interests and needs of main stakeholders are ignored,the intelligent transformation is not applicable.Therefore,introducing the concept of applicability evaluation and discussing the applicability of intelligent transformation has the theoretical and practical significance for promoting the high-quality development of stock economy and urban renewal development.Based on the theory of sustainable development and urban renewal,the importance of intelligent transformation of existing residential areas is analyzed.Analyze actual needs of main stakeholders,identify factors that affect the applicability and refer to the relevant index system for reference,so as to construct the applicability evaluation index system.Thirdly,use the analytic hierarchy process to weight the applicability evaluation index.Finally,in the form of a questionnaire survey,the scoring data of main stakeholders on indicators are collected,and examples are evaluated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The results show the smart renovation is generally applicable to it,and can be used as a reference for the renovation of existing residential areas in first-and second-tier cities where land resources are scarce and stock is renewed.The constructed evaluation index system will enrich and supplement the relevant theories on the intelligent transformation of existing residential areas.The research results can not only provide theoretical support and reference for the renovation project of urban existing residential areas,but promote to achieve the goals that are about the smooth implementation and development of it.Figure 4;Table 48;Reference 64...
