With the improvement of people's awareness of safety precautions,video surveillance systems have been widely used.However,the existing monitoring system has a single function,and because of the different data and control interfaces of different monitoring systems,it is difficult for heterogeneous cameras to interconnect and communicate,and it is also difficult to complete dynamically changing collaborative tasks.Therefore,this paper proposes a multi-camera collaborative monitoring system for the community.The camera and the monitoring target task are represented by a unified resource model.The data communication between heterogeneous cameras is realized through the scheduling operation of the resource model,so as to realize the autonomous control of the coordinated tracking task between the cameras.First of all,based on the research on the dialogue between things in the Internet of Things and referring to the existing standard system of dialogue between things,the monitoring equipment and monitoring targets are abstractly analyzed.An abstract representation model of resources in the monitoring application field is proposed.A variety of operation schemes for the resources of this model are designed,which provides a basis for realizing information interaction between different types of monitoring equipment by means of resource scheduling.Secondly,based on the proposed resource model and its operation interface for monitoring applications,the overall software architecture of the monitoring system is designed.By analyzing the workflow of each camera in the task of coordinating tracking targets,each functional module of the monitoring system is proposed and detailed design.Combined with the resource model,realize the unified implementation of each functional module of the monitoring system.Finally,this article verifies the multi-camera collaborative monitoring system in a real environment,and deploys the system to real cameras.Combined with the target detection and recognition algorithm,the monitoring target can be monitored by multiple cameras.The realization of multi-camera cooperative tracking and control of the target verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the cooperative monitoring system proposed in this paper.
