With the rapid development of China's economy,the scale of the city is expanding day by day.At the same time,with the expansion of construction land,there are many problems,such as extensive land use,waste and so on,which lead to the land is idled and reduce the production efficiency.In order to solve the problems in the process of construction land use,it is very important to carry out the evaluation of the economical and intensive utilization of construction land in the central city.The conservation and evaluation of construction land in central urban area has been widely recognized by the government and academia.Although the technical means and the measurement process in the continuous improvement,there are still some problems can not be a good solution.Based on the analysis of the center city construction land intensive evaluation contents,this paper use the "Internet" products,namely human activity points of interest(POI)data,discusses some key points and problems on the Arc GIS platform,to put forward new ideas and solutions.From this study we have drawn the following conclusions:(1)The distribution of POI is obviously affected by the level of economic development,most of the POI are distributed in the areas with better economic development conditions,while the arrangement of intensive POI also promotes the promotion of regional vitality.The road plays an important role in the spatial structure of POI,and the distribution and diffusion of POI have been driven by road obviously.The spatial distribution of the POI data and the layout of the road have a connection,which can clearly outline the road texture of Shangqiu.It can reflect the concentration distribution of all kinds of activities in Shangqiu City.(2)There is a simple linear correlation between resident population and POI data.Each POI can represent the resident population of 71 people.When the city of Shangqiu is divided into 500 m square grid,the average unit grid density of 2272 people,and the average population density of urban area is 9088 people each kilometers.The most densely populated area of the city reached 1300 people each ha,located near the railway station.Less than 20% of the land is concentrated in more than 50% of the population,which proves that as a regional economic,political and cultural center,the central city has a strong attraction.(3)In kernel density estimation,the choice of bandwidth has a decisive influence on the final result.When the bandwidth of POI in Shangqiu is estimated to be 400 m,the density of different types of POI data can be clearly displayed,and in this situation,residential,commercial agglomeration effect is obvious,at the same time,enterprises,industrial parks,science and education,the government is more dispersed distribution.Depending on the intensity of the different types of POI,the residential,commercial,industrial and industrial functional areas have a good agreement with the actual situation.(4)The isoline of POI density can express different distribution density of urban facilities.When the Densi-Graph curve is greater than or equal to 5%,the allowable value of urban planning expansion in Shangqiu,the POI density contour line can be identified as the boundary of urban built-up area.Through the comparison of remote sensing,it is basically the same as the actual built-up area.This method has strong applicability.
