Mobile Internet media(hereinafter referred to as "mobile media")is one of the media that have the deepest impact on people’s daily life and the widest range of communication in today’s society. The popularity of mobile media in human society is getting higher and higher. It has become an indispensable tool for communication between people, and has also brought a farreaching impact on ethnic minority areas. The minority village is a pluralistic and comprehensive community. The Liu Duan Yao village in Jinxiu Yao Autonomous County selected by the field point of the paper is the residential area of Chashan Yao.Chashan Yao is one of the five branches of Jinxiu Yao and the Yao branch with the highest status. The other four branches are: Pan Yao,Ao Yao,Shanzi Yao and Hualan Yao.Chashan Yao people have multiplied and lived in Liu Duan Yao village for more than 600 years. They have been growing tea for generations, laying the foundation of Chashan Yao’s cultural foundation for a century. With the development of rural economy and the improvement of infrastructure, mobile media has penetrated into all aspects of people’s life in Yao villages and interacted with Yao’s interpersonal communication. The Yao people in Chashan,Liu Duan Yao village, located in Dayaoshan,Guangxi, have been exposed to mobile media since 1945.The first batch of mobile phone users are students and migrant workers who have frequent communication with the outside world. This is the media technology that has the most far-reaching impact on them after mass communication.Based on the pattern of "blood relationship" and "geography" proposed by Mr.Fei Xiaotong, this paper adopts the methods of interview, participatory observation and case study to obtain the first-hand data of the research, and makes a one-year ethnographic investigation on chashanyao in Liu Duan Yao village.Through an all-round investigation,it is found that the intervention of mobile media has loosened the interpersonal communication pattern based on blood and geography, and made the forms of interpersonal communication of Yao people diverse. The interpersonal communication mode in rural communities has changed from face-to-face communication to mobile communication, which breaks through the physical time and physical space constraints of interpersonal communication and realizes the virtual presence of villagers; The establishment of wechat group has strengthened the communication and exchange of the ethnic group and constructed an "online community";Media elites have gained the voice of village governance, and opinion leaders have transferred from those with high morality and high expectations to young people, reconstructing the village structure;Villagers use mobile media to spontaneously spread their ethnic culture and consolidate the national community; The expansion of interpersonal communication has triggered changes in economic forms.E-commerce came into being in such an environment.Villagers use mobile media to sell tea, agaric, traditional Chinese medicine foot powder and other local specialties on the Internet. The e-commerce economy of Liu Duan Yao village is booming, which is in line with the national strategy of "township revitalization".A series of changes in Liu Duan Yao village are based on the use and popularization of mobile media,It has opened up the channels of communication between Dayaoshan and the outside world. The rapid spread of mobile media, the convenience of carrying and the breadth of content have brought the phenomenon of "the ends of the earth are like neighbors" to the Yao ethnic group, and gave birth to the coexistence of the society of acquaintances and the society of strangers of the Yao ethnic group.Although mobile media can span the physical time and space of interpersonal communication,it has expanded the gap in reality to a certain extent, the face-to-face communication between people has been increasingly reduced, the intergenerational communication between parents and children has problems, personal privacy has been disturbed, and the middle-aged and elderly who do not use smart phones have been marginalized. The study found that although the interpersonal communication network of Liu Duan Yao village has undergone earth shaking changes, the internal operation mechanism of the village has not changed, the parent-child relationship and neighborhood relationship still exist, and geography and blood relationship are still the main sources of Yao relations. In the future, the interpersonal communication trend of Liuduan Yaozhai will be that villagers will continue to interact with mobile media, and interpersonal communication, organizational communication, and mass communication will be integrated.Taking Liu Duan Yao village as a case study can not represent the changes of interpersonal communication in Chinese minority rural areas, but the research results can provide some reference value for the study of interpersonal communication.
