Ethnic publishing is an important aspect of the ethnic work in China,and also an important part of the publishing work.It is of great significance to study and improve the publication of ethnic minorities for the maintenance of ethnic unity,cultural protection and inheritance.Guizhou province,located in the southwest of China,is not only home to a large number of ethnic minorities,but also has a wide variety of languages and characters.Therefore,it is more significant to study the development status and countermeasures of Guizhou ethnic publishing.Based on the theory of publishing ecology,this paper focuses on the survival and development of ethnic publishing in Guizhou.Taking politics,economy,culture,technology and other social conditions as social environment,this paper analyzes the influence of social environment factors on the survival and development of ethnic publishing population in Guizhou from the perspective of resource supply.Taking the organization mechanism,human resources,management mode and management strategy of publishing house as the media environment,this paper discusses the influence of various factors of media environment on the construction of Guizhou publishing ecological chain.In the social environment of Guizhou ethnic publishingecosystem on the basis of investigation and the media environment,to clarify the resources of Guizhou ethnic publishing ecosystem,according to the rule of the survival and development,to find the cause of the troubled,pointed out that the development of Guizhou ethnic publishing strategy,in order to promote the balanced development of Guizhou ethnic publishing ecosystem,exploration of Guizhou ethnic publishing the transformation of the development of new ideas.There are six chapters in this article:The first chapter is an introduction,introducing the research background and significance,core concepts,research methods and contents,literature review and research contributions of this article.Chapter two reviews the development of guizhou ethnic publishing and summarizes the characteristics of population survival.This paper defines the development of guizhou ethnic publishing as the embryonic stage,the development stage and the transformation stage.The survival characteristics of guizhou ethnic publishing group are summarized as follows: the diversification and minority of communication symbols,the distribution of large and mixed population,and the introversion and extroversion of the survival mode of guizhou ethnic publishing group.Chapter three describes the social environment and resources.Influence of Guizhou ethnic publishing survive heavy key resources exist in political,economic,cultural,technical and other four social environment,the paper probes into the capital of Guizhou minorities published,readers,content and other key resources supply is closely linked with publishing ecosystem,reveals the social ecological environment and ecological resources interaction and symbiosis.Chapter four describes the situation of media environmental resources.From the internal mechanism,human resources,management characteristics and development direction of Guizhou ethnic publishing institutions,this paper puts forward the ecological environment characteristics of Guizhou ethnic publishing media.Chapter five examines the ecological dilemma.Among the key resources,the imbalance in the supply of ecological factors such as policy,culture and technologyrestricts the marketization process of Guizhou ethnic publishing.The closed loop of ecological chain is out of place because of its unitary resource.These factors reduce the survival ability and book market competitiveness of Guizhou ethnic publishing.Chapter six puts forward the optimization strategy.Based on the theory of publishing ecology,this paper discusses the development strategy of ethnic publishing in Guizhou province,and puts forward the strategies to acquire ecological factors.The strategy of ecological chain resource expansion is put forward: promoting digital transformation and upgrading,correctly grasping the needs of readers of all ethnic groups,and establishing readers' ecological niche;Put forward the strategy of constructing the ecological niche of the population: implement the differentiation of the ecological niche of the content,establish the Guizhou brand,and form the core competitiveness.Under the promotion of media technology,the ecology of ethnic publishing is active.Into book publishing market to establish ecological niche,in line with the ethnic publication law of development,explore to adapt to the development of social economic and cultural ecological environment in Guizhou,Guizhou can maintain ethnic publishing ecosystem and the social environment of dynamic,balance and harmony of material and energy conversion relations,become a distinctive characteristics and the competitive advantage of regional publishing group.
