In the past two decades,the state has been unremittingly supporting the development of display technology.From rigid liquid crystal display to AMOLED flexible display,the state has invested in cover factories all over the country.With more and more flexible display projects,the quality problems of flexible projects emerge one after another.These quality problems often affect the time course of project development,and sometimes even become the key point of project success or failure.Therefore,how to quickly solve these project quality problems has attracted widespread attention in the industry.So,what are the quality problems of these flexible projects?Why can’t the quality problems of flexible display projects be solved quickly?Why do these quality problems of flexible display projects often block the overall project progress.With these questions,the paper analyzes and sorts out that the quality problems of flexible display projects are mainly poor yield and poor reliability.These two kinds of defects can not be solved quickly,which are mainly related to the following "three problems":"problems not identified in advance","abnormal causes not quickly located" and "improvement measures not quickly and effectively introduced".This paper aims to study the root causes of these "three problems",then put forward effective improvement measures to solve them,and finally help the flexible display project quality problems to be solved quickly.Based on the "three problems" studied in this paper,starting from the basic theoretical research of project quality management,this paper finds relevant useful theoretical methods and tools,with a view to applying them in the case studies in Chapter 3 and Chapter 4.In addition,the paper also studies six sigma,a quality management method to achieve almost zero defects in product quality,so as to provide more practical tools and methods for the paper.Integrating theory with practice,the paper takes the quality problem of a flexible display project of V company as a practical research case,systematically and comprehensively from the three time latitudes of product design stage,sample delivery stage and mass production stage,combined with the analysis of the poor yield and reliability of five products in the case,From this practical case,find the answers to the real reasons behind the paper’s research on the "three problems".Finally,combined with the research and application of project quality management theory and Six Sigma quality management methods and tools,summarize a set of methods and mechanisms that can help the company quickly solve the quality problems of flexible display projects,such as quality management system optimization and design rule update mechanism,Ladder analysis mechanism,six sigma application,etc.Through the development of the project and the research on the project quality problems,the use of the research results of the paper can achieve the effect of identifying the potential problems of the project in advance.In addition,some methods obtained in this paper can help to quickly locate the true cause of the problem.Finally,some methods obtained in this paper can help to quickly find and effectively introduce solutions.Based on the above research results,the paper can help the company quickly solve the quality problems of the flexible display project,so as to help the project quickly produce and deliver to customers,make the company more competitive in the industry,and play a good demonstration role and guiding significance for the quality management of subsequent products. |
