Design And Implementation Of Data Analysis System For Small Enterprises

With the development of machine learning technology,all walks of life are trying to use machine learning technology to improve their business capabilities.The data analysis system effectively organizes machine learning technology and enterprise data,lowering the threshold for using machine learning.Large-scale Internet enterprises have strong human and financial resources and can build data analysis systems that fit their own businesses.However,for a large number of small enterprises,they do not have a data analysis system suitable for their own production environment.In response to the above problems,this paper proposes a research topic on the design and implementation of a data analysis system for small enterprises.This topic fully considers the use scenarios of small enterprises,and designs and implements a data analysis system for small enterprises.The specific work is as follows:1.Conduct an in-depth investigation on the current situation of the data analysis system,analyze the shortcomings of the existing data analysis system used by small enterprises,and sort out the needs of the small enterprises for the data analysis system on this basis.2.According to the process of software engineering,carry out detailed analysis and design of the data analysis system from the whole to the part,including overall architecture design,basic component design,task management module design,calculation engine design and algorithm component library design.3.Combined with the Redis database,the Go Iris Web framework is used to implement the various functions of the task management module,the Python language is used to implement the calculation engine,the scikitlearn algorithm library and the TensorFlow framework are used to implement the algorithm component library,and the system is implemented.Black-box testing and white-box testing have conducted a complete test of the data analysis system.The test results show that the data analysis system is functioning normally and has a certain degree of robustness,which can meet the needs of small enterprises for data analysis using machine learning technology to a certain extent.
