With the rapid development of Internet technology,the way of using mobile phones,i Pads,Kindle and other mobile terminals to read e-books has become the mainstream trend of people’s reading behavior.At the same time,with the rapid development of information technology,emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data and virtual reality have profoundly changed the way of information dissemination.Reading media and reading methods are diversified,and users’ e-book reading methods and needs have also changed.However,the existing mobile e-book reading products still focus on high-quality e-book information resources and multi-channel reading promotion.There are deficiencies in the research on the characteristics and needs of users’ reading behavior under the new reading media,and the product design is not optimized from the user experience.This study intends to explore the design elements of innovative design and optimization of user experience of mobile e-book reading products from the dual perspectives of user reading cognitive model and user product interaction experience.It mainly includes the following key points:(1)Based on the theory of user cognitive model,this paper explores the cognitive and behavioral characteristics of users’ e-book reading through interview and questionnaire,systematically displays the user behavior path in the form of user behavior tower,and excavates the potential needs of users.(2)Based on the behavior path of users’ e-book reading,this paper explores the elements that affect the user experience in the interaction between users and mobile e-book system and their mutual influence relationship through voice thinking experiment and ladder climbing interview,so as to understand the user experience problems and influence crux in the interaction with the system and provide design guidance.(3)Compare the user behavior tower with the information function service of the existing typical e-book reading products,obtain the unmet user needs,and find that the existing mobile reading products are lack in user reading behavior management and incentive reading creation,so as to confirm the product positioning.At the same time,based on the behavior requirements and design requirements obtained through the user’s cognitive mode in the early stage,the requirements list is formed,and the requirements are classified and verified in a quantitative way,so as to extract the main requirements of users,transform and map the requirements,and carry out design practice.(4)Use the SUS usability test scale to analyze and test the usability of the design scheme,and verify that the usability of the design scheme is good.With the rapid development of information technology and experience economy,this topic hopes to find the behavior and potential needs of users in the process of e-book reading using mobile devices,and summarize the design strategy in combination with the experience elements in the process of user product interaction,so as to provide some basis and ideas for the design of e-book reading products and trigger the current thinking on the current situation of e-book reading.
