With the vigorous development of Internet of Things(IOT)technology,wireless monitoring sensor system have been widely used in security operation monitoring fields such as field fences,oil pipelines and bridges,etc.However,the problem of constrained energy supply restricts its deployment.It is an important research direction at home and abroad to construct an intelligent wireless monitoring sensor system by using the energy and information contained in environmental vibration.The piezoelectric vibration energy harvester can simultaneously collect environmental vibration energy and sense vibration information.It has great research significance to develop intelligent perception wireless monitoring sensor system based on the piezoelectric vibration energy harvester.For application scenarios such as field fence monitoring,this thesis proposes to use it to realize passive intelligent vibration perception and the working strategy of "event-driven" on the basis of fully researching the output characteristics of piezoelectric vibration energy harvester.The event-driven intelligent perception wireless monitoring sensor system for monitoring the security status of field fences is designed and implemented.The main research work is as follows:Firstly,the design principle,device structure and working process of the "event-driven"piezoelectric vibration energy harvester are researched.The energy harvester is tested and analyzed for vibration.When the external vibration excitation reached the preset intensity of 2.6g,the device was triggered to generate larger electric energy,which verifies its function of monitoring the excitation vibration intensity and analyzes its output signal characteristics.Furthermore,the "event-driven" working strategy is constructed.Secondly,based on the research of the "event-driven" piezoelectric vibration energy harvester,the hardware platform of event-driven intelligent perception wireless monitoring sensor system was designed and implemented.Driven by the vibration events in the fences environment,the system wakes up and works when the vibration excitation intensity of the external environment reaches the threshold;and when the vibration monitoring event does not occur,the system is in a standby state with ultra-low power consumption for a long time.The piezoelectric vibration energy harvester is used instead of the traditional accelerometer as the sensor for monitoring environmental vibration,which reduces the power consumption of the traditional vibration sensor.The output voltage signal was collected and sent to the MCU for real-time intelligent vibration perception analysis,which was generated by the energy harvester excited by environmental vibration.The wireless communication module based on IEEE802.15.4 protocol,the vibration,temperature information and alarm signal of the field fence obtained by the sensor system are sent to the wireless receiving terminal,and the intelligent wireless monitoring of the vibration and temperature information of the field fence is efficiently completed.Thirdly,completed the software design of event-driven intelligent perception wireless monitoring sensor system.The working strategy of "event-driven" was deployed.The information collection program of vibration and temperature of field fence was designed.Based on the characteristics of the "event-driven" piezoelectric vibration energy harvester sensing environmental vibration and the constraints of applied environmental resources,the lightweight intelligent vibration perception model 1D-MSCNN is designed by referring to the high-performance convolutional neural network in the field of time series classification.Completed the real-time analysis of fence vibration patterns,designed the wireless communication program,and realized wireless transmission of the vibration and temperature information of the field fence environment.Finally,on the basis of the above design,the event-driven intelligent sensing wireless monitoring sensor system is implemented and a test platform is built for testing and analysis.The experimental results show that the designed wireless monitoring sensor system wakes up and works within 0.1s driven by the vibration events with a frequency of 1-5Hz and an amplitude of 2-6g in the field fence.Within 5s after the vibration damage event occurs,the wireless receiving terminal with the transmission distance beyond 100m can stably receive the damage alarm signal and report the specific event types.The identification accuracy of the actual monitoring event is about 99%,and the temperature monitoring error is only 0.1℃-0.2℃.The real-time intelligent wireless monitoring of the vibration and temperature information in the field protection fence has been efficiently completed,which meets the requirements of relevant research projects.The designed event-driven intelligent perception wireless monitoring sensor system has high practical application value in energy-constrained wireless security monitoring scenarios such as field fences,oil pipelines and others.
