Collaborative business process is a distributed process that describes how multiple organizations work and interact to perform specific business functions.At present,it has been applied to many industries or fields to optimize the traditional process structure and improve the efficiency of collaboration,including medical care,e-commerce,emergency rescue,etc.Compared with the traditional business process model,the modeling and analysis of collaborative business processes is more challenging,mainly for the following three reasons: first,collaborative business processes involve communication,interaction and collaboration of multiple organizations;second,each organization not only needs to complete its own workflow execution,but also needs to participate in collaboration to accomplish common business goals;third,participating organizations hope to avoid leakage of private information during the interaction process.Aiming at these difficulties,this thesis uses Petri net to model the business process,combined with the public view,and proposes a collaborative business process modeling method oriented to the public view.This method aims to improve the privacy protection of the model without affecting the correctness of the resulting collaborative business process model.This thesis firstly constructs the business process of each participating organization as a private view,and formally expresses its complete task process and its execution order through Petri net.Since the main reason for the exposure of private information is that the private view has all the internal process information,the method proposed in this thesis uses the public view of each participating organization to complete the interaction in the collaborative process.Specifically,the method first obtains its control flow based on the private view of each organization,and maps the control flow into a process tree;obtains five process trees according to the four relational structures,and proposes corresponding reduction rules according to the different process trees.The public view is obtained according to the rule set.Finally,a combined view model is proposed based on the public view and the private view.On this basis,a collaborative business process model is constructed,and the final model can effectively protect privacy.At the same time,in order to avoid the decline of modeling efficiency caused by multiple verifications of correctness in the subsequent modeling process,this thesis uses the trajectory equivalence theory to prove that the application of this rule can ensure the correctness of the model before and after the simplified rule set is proposed.In order to verify the effectiveness of the collaborative business process modeling method proposed based on the public view,in the experiment,the method in this paper and three typical methods are used to model and analyze the instance data set.In the experiment,the two indicators of process visibility and modeling efficiency were compared.Through comprehensive analysis,the results show that compared with the existing methods,the modeling method in this paper can improve the privacy of the organization under the premise of ensuring the correctness and consistency.
