With the new changes and new characteristics of the economy and society,the world has entered the new economic era.The new economic era means that China's economy should not only realize the development of its own market economy,but also integrate into the international market and realize the free activities and rational allocation of factors of production in the global scope.It also means that the new era has entered the era of knowledge economy and service economy.In all fields of social activities,the advent of knowledge-based decision-making era requires any enterprise to take knowledge and high quality as the most important resources of human capital in the sense of innovation.At the same time,based on the basic production factors of human capital,it is the main way of organizational structure and economic growth mode of enterprises.In this context,enterprises are paying more and more attention to the role of "people",and human resources have become the core competitiveness and important resources of enterprises in the competitive environment.As a bridge and reciprocal channel of communication between enterprises and employees,salary is a magic weapon to ensure the healthy operation of enterprises and retain talents.With the advent of the new economic era,when facing their own development,employees in enterprises nowadays not only regard money as the sole consideration factor of salary satisfaction,but also harmonious working atmosphere,humanistic care and respect become new concerns of employees.The traditional salary policy can no longer better improve the employee's salary satisfaction.How to improve the employee's salary satisfaction,improve the employee's work efficiency and reduce the brain drain rate through improving the salary management system is a concern of many enterprises.This paper takes software engineers as the research object,and through field research,understands the overall salary level of software engineers,the salary structure that software engineers focus on,and the salary satisfaction.On the basis of relevant theoretical research,combined with the characteristics of software engineers,this paper uses Delphi method to determine the compensation satisfaction index of software engineers,and establishes a multi-level evaluation index system for software engineers.Based on the establishment of a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model of software engineer's salary satisfaction,and on the basis of the advantages of combining qualitative and quantitative problems with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process,the response weights and judgment matrices of all levels of indicators are calculated through the software engineer's salary satisfaction evaluation model,and the results are processed.Consistency check.Based on the actual situation,we make an evaluation and empirical explanation of the impact indicators of software engineers' pay satisfaction.It is helpful to correctly evaluate the salary satisfaction of software engineers in China.Through this study,I hope to provide a scientific model system and valuable experience for Software Engineer salary satisfaction evaluation in China,and further improve the software engineer salary management system to improve the software engineer salary satisfaction.
