Configuration Analysis Of Influencing Factors On Willingness Of Scientific Research Cooperation Among Researchers

In recent years,more and more researchers have carried out academic cooperation and exchange through scientific research cooperation,but the effect and quality of cooperation are uneven.Some scientific research cooperation is terminated due to various reasons,resulting in the invalidation of previous cooperation results,resulting in great losses.At present,there are two main problems in the quality of scientific research cooperation:one is that the scientific research strength of both sides is not at the same level,which leads to the failure of cooperation due to the inconsistency of objectives and efficiency.Second,because of various objective or subjective factors affecting the scientific research process,the willingness of cooperation between the two sides is constantly reduced,leading to the failure of cooperation.Nowadays,scientific research cooperation has gradually become a normal situation.Researchers need to communicate and cooperate with other researchers in their thesis writing and project promotion.It can be seen that to provide a high-quality and efficient scientific research cooperation platform and build a sound ecological environment for scientific research cooperation is the urgent hope of scientific researchers,and also a good prospect of the country’s scientific research work.This study explores the factors and mechanism that affect the willingness of scientific research cooperation among researchers,which will help to better understand the current situation of scientific research cooperation and promote the smooth realization of scientific research cooperation.This study uses text analysis to extract 13 influencing factors,and uses expert scoring method to select 6 antecedent variables,which are social reward factor,cooperative atmosphere factor,regional factor,technical factor,scientific research output ability factor and academic and interpersonal network factor;then it collects data through questionnaire,and finally uses fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis Methods according to a certain process to explore the configuration of the influencing factors of the willingness of scientific research cooperation among researchers.According to the research results,the configuration of three influencing variables was formed by fsQCA software.The results show that there is not a single core condition to promote the cooperation of scientific researchers,but a variety of factors,which are driven by interpersonal network,social reward,research output ability and cooperation atmosphere.The main conclusions of this study are as follows.(1)In scientific research cooperation,interpersonal network has become the core factor influencing the willingness of scientific research cooperation.This kind of interpersonal relationship includes acquaintances with the same school,department or unit,or has had historical cooperation experience.The disadvantage of this model is that the cooperation circle has certain limitations,and the level of acquaintances is often in a horizontal line,and the level of scientific research cooperation is difficult to make a big leap.(2)Social reward is also an important factor affecting scientific research cooperation,which includes the signature of scientific research achievements and the economic and non-economic benefits generated by cooperation.(3)The cooperation atmosphere also affects the scientific research cooperation to a great extent.From the definition of cooperation climate,cooperation climate includes management system related to scientific research cooperation,atmosphere of scientific research cooperation team,evaluation and incentive policies of schools,measures and academic rights and interests,and property protection environment.(4)Suggestions are put forward to optimize the environment of scientific research cooperation and build an efficient platform for scientific research cooperation,including the promotion of cross domain and cross regional cooperation in order to promote the extensive exchange of scientific research cooperation groups,so as to expand the cooperation of acquaintances into multi domain and multi-directional cooperation,not limited to acquaintances;universities and scientific research institutions should actively cooperate with the implementation and improvement of government policies To encourage the cooperation among scientific research personnel to create a good academic atmosphere and environment for scientific research;to reasonably grasp the quantity and quality limits of scientific research projects,establish appropriate development goals for scientific research excellence;to improve the management system related to scientific research cooperation,strengthen the implementation of incentive policies,attach importance to academic rights and interests,purify property rights and protect the environment,so as to promote scientific research cooperation to a high quality direction exhibition,etc.
