In the period of poverty alleviation,industrial poverty alleviation as an important way of poverty alleviation played the main role,and various characteristic industries developed during the period of poverty alleviation.At present,it has entered the period of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Industrial prosperity has become one of the important goals of the rural revitalization strategy.The development of characteristic industries is of great significance to consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and promoting rural revitalization.In terms of the development of characteristic industries,the existing research is mainly based on two logics,one is based on the modern industrial system,the other is based on the relationship between the government and the market,paying less attention to the social foundation of characteristic industries.Therefore,it is very important to study how to establish cooperative management of characteristic industries in poverty-stricken areas.Based on the field investigation of the characteristic industries of X village,this paper focuses on the social basis of the social structure,social relations and other factors on which the development of the characteristic industries depends.The social basis of the development of characteristic industrial cooperatives is divided into two categories,one is external social support,including capital,assistance application and certification,technology and other superior government support,hardware support of local agricultural materials distributors and sales support;the other is the social basis of villages,that is,the village social relations,cultural traditions and values on which characteristic industries interact with different subjects in the process of development.The characteristic industry development of X village has experienced a long development course,Originally planted with traditional rice;In 2008,Zhejiang businessmen greenhouse watermelon characteristic industrial appeared,Began to introduce characteristic industries;By its influence,Village women director grows watermelon in the greenhouse,Form the demonstration effect after obtaining the benefits,Drive more and more villages to do small-scale planting,Greenhouse watermelon planting has become the leading characteristic industry of X village;on this basis,Attract villages from other countries to the village to set up characteristic industrial cooperatives;Every village has an industry,The coexistence of several large cooperatives;last,On the basis of the existing cooperatives,The village has developed an industrial development model of “three societies in one”.Through the use of local social relations and other social foundations,the subject of industrial development interacts with the superior government of the rural society,agricultural materials dealers,supermarkets and villages,to establish cooperative operation.The paper focuses on how the characteristic industrial cooperatives can use a series of actions to obtain external social support and integrate into the local society through the internal operation and management,so as to realize the industrial development.It is found that the characteristic industries do not exist in isolation,and the development of the characteristic industries requires local factors such as local social relations and human network,that is,whether the characteristic industries can utilize the local social relations and good interaction with the local society is the key factors affecting the sustainable development of the characteristic industries,cooperatives interact with different subjects through local social relations,ethics,so as to adapt to the social foundation,integrate into the local society,and form a new social basis,the two promote each other.
