| The head-teacher is the soul of every class in a school,and is also the grass-root manager of the school.For township primary schools,the overall quality and professional ability of head-teachers not only directly determine the level of class management of the school,but also directly affect the improvement of the quality of township primary schools.Selecting,building,training and managing an excellent team of head-teachers plays an extraordinary role in the education,teaching and management of township primary schools and in the formation of a good school spirit,study spirit and class spirit.Fine management is a management term.It is a management method that makes each unit of organization management accurate and efficient by systemizing rules and using procedural,standardized,data-oriented and information means.As for the fine management of homeroom teachers,it is the background of the modernization of our education governance that gives the school homeroom teachers the new idea of management,and it will also become the new direction of the school homeroom teachers management.Moreover,in our implementation of "double reduction" policy,students’ growth responsibility to the school background,how to fully land "five management",class teacher management to the township primary school to try to the new era of new institution and new demands,is undoubtedly very important.At present,there are few papers on the management of homeroom teachers in township primary schools from the perspective of fine management.This study aims to describe the status quo of the management of homeroom teachers in D Town,Q City,as well as to analyze its obstacles and explore the determinants,and put forward improvement countermeasures from the perspective of fine management.By referring to relevant literature,comprehensively using questionnaire survey and interview,and conducting descriptive statistics and binary logistic model regression analysis on the questionnaire results,this study shows that It have lots of problems in the management of head teachers in D Town primary school of Q City at the present stage.Including fine management objectives are not clear,fine management system construction is not perfect,fine management of class teachers lack of training support,lack of scientific and fair work evaluation mechanism of class teachers,fine management culture construction is obviously insufficient and other problems,the existence of these problems,not only conducive to the normal teaching of township schools and the development of the overall management work,It is not conducive to the continuous improvement of the cultural level and comprehensive quality of township pupils.After analyzing the above problems,it is found that there are three main reasons: ideological level,institutional level and practical level.According to the previous investigation and analysis,at last,from the perspective of fine management,it puts forward that the teacher should be widely involved in the goal making,And enhance their understanding of the work goal.Improve the fine management system of class teachers,improve their compliance to the work standards;Continuously improve the training work of head teachers,and constantly increase their participation in job training;Improve the management evaluation mechanism of class teachers,improve their satisfaction with the evaluation;Build a continuous innovation of management culture,enhance their recognition of school culture and other countermeasures.It is hoped that the implementation of these fine management strategies in the management practice of the head teacher can improve the overall quality of the head teacher of the primary school in D Town of Q City and the management efficiency of the school to the head teacher,train a team of excellent head teachers,improve the school quality,promote the overall development and progress of rural primary education. |
