Teacher authority is a part of educational authority.Reasonable teacher authority can not only guarantee children's freedom,but also provide guarantee for children to obtain more reasonable freedom.The historical development and change of teacher authority show that teacher authority still has indelible value and rationality in today's era.At the same time,in view of the importance of the work of the head teacher,fully understanding and understanding the authority of the head teacher is helpful for us to focus on the authority of the teacher to the authority of the head teacher,and to promote the improvement of the relevant theory of the authority of the head teacher in primary school.By studying the authority of the head teacher and understanding,constructing and applying his own authority,it can help the professional development of the head teacher,help him to set up the authority of the head teacher better,make the head teacher work easily,promote the benign development of the class collective,and provide reference experience for the teacher education before and after entering the post.This study mainly adopts case study method,taking three novice class teachers in L primary school of N city as the research object,based on their educational practice experience.By presenting the key events in the construction of teacher authority and the teachers' own explanation and reflection,this paper tries to reveal the cognition,understanding,practice and construction of teacher authority.It is found that the novice class teacher's cognition of teacher authority has undergone the following changes: from thinking that the head teacher has his own aura of authority to discovering the generative and purposeful nature of teacher authority,the aura brought by position and identity is difficult to last.From the necessity of teacher authority to psychological preparation,to find that the establishment of teacher authority is difficult to control and transcendent,need to be constantly debugged.The change of cognition has prompted the novice head teacher to make some action changes,but in the establishment of teachers' authority,they still encounter difficulties such as difficult to grasp the risk of "degree "," management" and improper way of "standing ",etc.Therefore,this study attempts to provide some enlightenment and experience for improving the authority of novice class teachers from three aspects: teachers themselves,schools and social environment.
