| The so-called comprehensive practical activity curriculum,which is based on students’ direct learning experience,focuses on the comprehensive application of knowledge and skills,and allows students to have a close relationship with their own life and social life.It is a practical curriculum that reflects the development value of life and experience for students.The opening of comprehensive practical activities has broken the existing curriculum system structure of basic education in China and become a highlight and difficulty in the new curriculum reform.The "Outline of Basic Education Curriculum Reform(for Trial Implementation)" issued by the state clearly states that comprehensive practical activity courses should become compulsory courses in the 12-year compulsory education stage from primary school to high school.The comprehensive practical activity curriculum in primary schools embodies the educational concepts of "simultaneous development of the five educations" and "establishing morality and cultivating people".Comprehensive practical activities are basic education courses that are based on students’ lives and have unique educational values and educational functions.Although the comprehensive practical activity curriculum has achieved good results in the implementation of urban primary schools,its implementation in the vast rural township primary schools is on the contrary,not optimistic,or even non-existent,due to the lack of effective school-based management.How to enable township primary school administrators to better manage school education and teaching through school-based management methods has become a very worthy issue to study and consider.Taking X Primary School in Boluo County,Huizhou City,Guangdong Province as an example(hereinafter referred to as X Primary School),this article uses literature research,questionnaire survey,and experience summary methods to investigate the implementation status of school-based management of comprehensive practical activity courses in X Primary School,and finds the following problems: first,the curriculum organization and management are relatively loose,second,the situation of teacher team construction is severe,and third,the development of curriculum resources is insufficient Fourth,the curriculum evaluation management system is not good.The reasons for the problems are: first,the school’s insufficient school-based management of comprehensive practical activity courses;second,the teachers are non professional and do not have excellent professional qualities in teaching;third,the curriculum is unreasonable;Suggestions for improvement are as follows: first,strengthen the management level of comprehensive practical activity courses;second,do a good job in school-based management for teachers;third,optimize the school-based design and development management mode of comprehensive practical activity courses;and fourth,improve the school-based evaluation management system of comprehensive practical activity courses.Through the investigation and research on the implementation status and school-based management of integrated practical activity curriculum in township primary schools,this paper examines the disadvantages of school-based management of integrated practical activity curriculum in township primary schools,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving school-based management of integrated practical activity curriculum in township primary schools,trying to provide some theoretical basis and practical reference samples for similar research,It plays a role in further deepening the curriculum reform of basic education. |
