Under the background of educational modernization,China’s education adheres to reform and innovation,pays more and more attention to the harmonious development of students’ principal position in learning,emphasizes the harmonious development of students’ physical and mental health,social adaptation and other aspects.Therefore,it has become an inevitable trend to renew the educational concept and change the educational means for a long time.As an important form of middle school physical education courses and extracurricular activities,aerobics is of great significance for students to shape a good body shape and happy body and mind.But aerobics is a very comprehensive strong sport,in addition to pay attention to the nature of aerobics,characteristics and routine structure,time,in addition to the combination of aerobics characteristics,nature and routine structure,time,but also integrate the way of space use,unique style,music expression and many other factors.At the same time,the students’ sense of rhythm and strength,flexibility,coordination and other physical qualities are higher,which allows the students to master the dance movements and combine the rhythm of the music caused certain obstacles.In order to adapt to the reform and innovation of PE curriculum,pay attention to the requirement of individualized teaching,meet the requirements of aerobics teaching,and change the ability of students.Form on the basis of program teaching theory and cybernetics program teaching method can effectively for the learning phenomenon,through the teaching content into logical sequence of smaller steps for teaching,in the process of practice to strengthen the students’ technology,students according to their learning ability to practice,when completing the first unit of teaching test for students,test through the practice of the next unit,not through the students need to strengthen this unit practice content,until qualified.This plays an important role in balancing the difference of students ’individual learning ability,reducing the action error rate,improving students’ learning enthusiasm and cultivating students’ self-study ability.This paper uses the method of literature data method,teaching experiment method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,questionnaire survey method and logical analysis method to systematically study the teaching effect of program teaching method in middle school aerobics,and demonstrates and sorts out the program teaching theory.With the middle school students of Changchun Boshuo school as the experimental object,the experimental class and the control class adopt the program teaching method and the traditional teaching method respectively.Before the experiment,the physical quality of the two classes were tested and the technical level of aerobics.After the experiment,the students in two classes were tested for physical fitness,aerobics technical movements,memory retention and comparative analysis of the data obtained.Through the results of this teaching experiment proved that:(1)The comparison difference between the students and the control group was significant before and after the experiment,and there was no significant difference between the physical fitness of the groups.This shows that there is no significant correlation between the change of physical fitness and the change of teaching methods,but also with the movement characteristics of sports themselves.(2)There was no significant difference between the performance and team performance in the experimental and control groups.However,there is a significant difference between the movement completion and the total score.It shows that the experimental group has a more significant effect on improving the quality of students’ movement technology.(3)Investigate the aerobics course teaching effect of the two groups of students,and the comparative results showed that there were significant differences,indicating that the students in the experimental group had a higher evaluation of the teaching effect of the aerobics course.(4)The comparison of the test results showed significant differences between the students in the experimental group and the control group,and the maintenance degree of motor memory in the experimental group using the program teaching method was better.
