| In previous studies on motor memory,it was agreed that when using self-operation for motor memory,the effect of motor memory was better than that of merely watching or listening to the description of the action.Most of the studies on the operational effects of motor memory are only in the laboratory stage,and have not been well applied to practical operations.Since the reform of education curriculum,the status of physical education curriculum has become more and more important.Aerobics is also indispensable in the physical education curriculum of primary and secondary schools.At the same time,Calisthenics on campus are all kinds of ways,which arouse students’ love and become one of the most popular sports for students.In the traditional teaching of aerobics,there are often complete sets of prescribed movements,and they are also skilled,but at the end of the day they do not know what their actions are called.How to break through this limitation is a question for the majority of sports workers to think about.How to improve teaching methods and improve teaching effect has become the core of the problem.In this paper,junior middle school calisthenics course as the experimental object,using the psychological experimental paradigm,under the guidance of the new curriculum,in order to improve teaching methods to achieve the role of improving teaching effect.On the basis of collecting relevant literature,this paper combs related research topics,compares and analyses the experimental data of subjects through experimental method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method.Objective To study whether there will be operational effect in the operation task of introducing the object of study on the basis of Aerobics course.This experiment is a three-factor mixed design(3×2×2).The independent variables are grade,gender and coding style.There are three levels in grade: grade one,grade two and grade three.Different coding methods include two levels: SPT and VT;and gender two levels: male and female.The dependent variable is the correct recognition rate and recall display rate of calisthenics action names,and the number of correct R and K accounted for the percentage of the total number of names respectively(R means remember,can recall the details of learning action;K means know,can not recall details when familiar).The independent variable is whether the action is performed in the non-verbal memory link,that is,the exercise of Aerobics routine.There were 120 junior high school students in the study,including 40 in grade one,40 in grade two and 60 in grade three,and 60 in male and female respectively.The experimental material is the name of the action in the trample.The material of the word task is the name of the action in the trample routine.The object of memory before and after the test in the experiment is the name of aerobics.There are 16 names of lower limb movements in Stepping on,and 14 names of lower limb movements that have not been learned are selected as interference items,and then mixed.The results showed that in different grades of junior middle school,the higher the grade,the more significant the effect of operation;in different gender,the effect of female operation is more significant than that of male operation.That is,no matter whether there is a verbal task or not,the higher the grade of junior middle school,the better the effect of completing the verbal task.In aerobics teaching,the action memory also has an operational effect.That is,the memory effect of learning aerobics under the operation task condition is better than that under the word task condition,and the memory and recognition also have this advantage effect.As the students of different grades and genders in junior middle school become more mature,their memory styles have changed.With the increase of age,the dominant effect of operation effect is increasing and becoming more obvious,and this dominant effect also exists in the stage of recall and recognition.This experiment verifies that the operation effect exists in the junior middle school aerobics teaching,and there is age difference.It will provide reference value and theoretical basis for the change of teaching methods,people-oriented teaching concept and the role of teaching material selection. |
