Since the aerobics was introduced into China in the 1980 s,it has become an important part of Chinese culture.After years of inheritance and development,aerobics is loved and sought after by people with its unique charm.Nowadays,the teaching of aerobics can be found that most teachers use traditional teaching methods.Although it is conducive to the mastering of the basic skills of children students,but they mechanically accept knowledge in the learning process,the initiative of students is difficult to develop,which is not conducive to the cultivation of cooperation consciousness.Rhythm teaching method is to connect the body and rhythm of children students in different ways,such as slow,fast or slow fast combination,so as to develop their movement skills and develop their ability as performers,and provide effective support and help for children students.In recent years,many scholars began to pay attention to the application of rhythm teaching method in art and dance teaching.Based on the perspective of rhythm and sound speed in rhythm theory,this paper explores the feasibility and implementation path of applying rhythm teaching to children’s aerobics class,in order to provide certain theoretical basis and practical guidance for the teaching reform of children’s aerobics class.Using the experimental method,mathematical statistics and other main research methods,this paper carries out a new teaching and training experiment of rhythmic teaching method for 60 young aerobics students in Yichun Youth Activity Center.The purpose of this experiment is to explore the effect of rhythmic training method in the teaching,learning and training of young aerobics,so as to provide some reference for the supplement of teaching and training theory in this field.The main results show that:(1)There was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group in terms of age,physical quality,general appearance,cognition and interest in Aerobics(P > 0.05).The students basically kept at the same level,which was in line with the practical basis of this study.(2)In terms of physical quality,the physical quality of the students in the experimental group who used rhythm training method was significantly improved,while the improvement space of the students in the control group under the traditional teaching method was not big,and the difference between the two was significant(P <0.05).(3)In the aspect of self-learning ability,the students who adopt rhythm training method can significantly improve their self-learning ability,while the students in the control group under the traditional teaching method have little room to improve their self-learning ability,and the difference between them is significant(P < 0.05).(4)In terms of self-learning ability,the team cooperation ability of the students who used rhythm training method was significantly improved,while that of the students in the control group who used traditional teaching method had little room for improvement,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).(5)As for the completion of aerobics routine,the skill level of the students in the experimental group was significantly improved,while that of the students in the control group was not significantly improved,and there was a very significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).(6)In terms of the interest in Aerobics learning and the importance of music rhythm in Aerobics practice,the students of rhythm training method group have significantly increased their interest,and also deeply realized the importance of music rhythm in Aerobics practice.Research conclusion: before using the method to help the students learn aerobics,the aerobics coach needs to obtain the rhythmic training method,so as to play its role in the training reform.Research recommendations:(1)Aerobics teachers should pay attention to the cultivation of music literacy when teaching aerobics;teachers should strengthen the training of music rhythm,grasp the connotation of music and sports,and fully integrate music rhythm into aerobics teaching.(2)Pay attention to the cultivation of students’ musical rhythm.To integrate music rhythm into aerobics teaching learning practice,both teachers and students need to have a strong grasp of both rhythm and pay attention to the cultivation of students’ music rhythm.(3)Comprehensively improve the Cadets’ music rhythm and movement,and also respect the individual differences of cadets.In the same age,because of the difference of individual perception of things,the understanding of music rhythm will be different.Therefore,when training music rhythm,we need to teach students according to their aptitude according to their specific conditions. |
