Ski resorts are important destinations for the development of the snow and ice industry.Studying the synergy of supply and demand between ski resorts and ski consumers can enable snow resorts to adapt to the increasingly upgraded consumer demand,match the supply of high-quality products and services,and form a higher level of dynamic balance between supply and demand.This study researches and analyzes the mechanism,content,level of synergy,problems of synergy and influencing factors of supply-demand synergy between large ski resorts and ski consumers in Jilin Province through literature and questionnaires,based on value co-creation theory and DART model,using SPSS data analysis and AMOS to establish structural equation model,so as to establish a perfect,efficient and mature The study and analysis of the mechanism,content,level of synergy,problems of synergy and influencing factors of supply-demand synergy between ski resorts and ski consumers in Jilin Province provide a path to establish a perfect,efficient and mature supply-demand synergy system for ski resorts in Jilin Province.Through the research and analysis,the results show that: snow resorts and ski consumers participate in the synergy of supply and demand,output the value of both sides,and achieve value co-creation.The overall level of supply-demand synergy between large ski resorts and ski consumers in Jilin Province is good,but the degree of risk perception of consumers and the degree of transparency of information related to snow resorts need to be further improved;based on the analysis results of AMOS structural equation model,it is concluded that the level of awareness of snow resort staff,the degree of communication between snow resorts and consumers,the level of service management and publicity of snow resorts,the degree of government support for snow resorts to supply products and services The degree of cooperation between snow farms and other related industries all positively influence the supply and demand synergy between snow farms and consumers;the degree of consumer awareness,the level of interaction and participation between consumers and snow farms,the channels and platforms for consumers to obtain information,the degree of consumers’ perception of value and the incentive mechanism of synergy all positively influence the supply and demand synergy between consumers’ participation and the risk perception of consumers will have a negative impact on the Consumer risk perceptions negatively affect consumer participation in supply-demand synergy.Based on the validation results of the structural equation model,the optimization suggestions for further supply-demand synergy between large snow parks and ski consumers in Jilin Province are proposed,including the improvement of supporting laws and the implementation of supporting policies;the enhancement of interaction between the two sides and the improvement of user feedback channels;the improvement of incentive mechanisms for snow park employees and the improvement of service management levels;and the improvement of information technology applications to enhance the efficiency of supply-demand synergy.
