Due to the disharmony between heavy work investment and low return experiences, kindergarten teachers experience occupational burnout, which gradually deepens.Long term passive kindergarten teachers not only reduce their work enthusiasm, but also affect the quality of preschool education services.Previous studies have shown that organizational justice can affect people’s work motivation. Therefore, paying attention to and understanding the sense of organizational justice of kindergarten teachers has certain practical value in alleviating occupational burnout. This study adopts a questionnaire survey method, with kindergarten teachers in A city as the research object. The "Organizational Justice Questionnaire" and "Occupational Burnout Questionnaire" are used as research tools, supplemented by interview and literature methods,to understand the current situation of their organizational justice and further analyze the relationship between organizational justice and occupational burnout. The research results indicate that:(1)The overall sense of organizational justice among kindergarten teachers is at a moderate or above level, with the highest level of leadership justice and the lowest level of distribution justice.(2)There are significant differences in gender, labor relations, and monthly income in the sense of organizational justice among kindergarten teachers, and there is a correlation between it and job burnout.(3)Kindergarten teachers’ sense of organizational justice negatively predicts job burnout, with information justice having the strongest predictive power. In summary, this study suggests that kindergartens improve salary management, improve democratic systems, optimize communication mechanisms, and treat teachers equally,in order to enhance the sense of organizational justice of kindergarten teachers and alleviate their job burnout.
