Independent college as an important part of China's higher education,after 20 years of development,there are nearly 300,more than 260 million students in school.As a result of the existing research results,the emotional labor will lead to job burnout,and the in-depth analysis of the level of job burnout of the independent college counselor will be analyzed in detail,and the causes and influencing factors will be discussed in detail.The policy of coping with the job burnout of independent college counselors is not only a realistic subject of career development of counselors,but also about the current issue of higher education and talent cultivation.On the basis of reading a large number of related literatures and combining with the organizational characteristics of independent colleges in China,this paper puts forward the hypothesis of the relationship between emotional work,organizational justice and job burnout,and points out that the external sense of organization is the important factor to inhibit the level of job burnout of independent college counselors Factor,which has not appeared in previous discourse.This paper analyzes the relationship between emotional labor and job burnout,organizational justice and job burnout by descriptive statistical analysis,and uses the method of correlation and multiple regression to analyze the questionnaires by using the statistical analysis software in the questionnaire of the two independent colleges in Xiamen.Verify the study hypothesis.The external sense of fairness is an important factor to inhibit the job burnout of the independent college counselor;the distribution of fairness and interactive fairness has a certain influence on the disintegration of the personality of the independent college counselor,and so on.And put forward three concerns,such as psychological,mutual respect,people-oriented to enhance cohesion;improve treatment,break through the bottleneck,effectively reduce the external injustice;clear responsibilities,strengthen guidance,establish a fair and impartial evaluation mechanism.
