The sense of gain was put forward by President Xi Jinping in 2015,and the word "sense of gain" was widely concerned by scholars after it was put forward.The sense of gain is a new concept with psychological connotation and characteristics of the times.It refers to the subjective psychological experience of an individual based on certain actual acquisition from the outside world.The sense of professional gain of teachers is the expansion of the sense of gain in the field of education.It is of great significance and value to carry out the research on Teachers' professional sense of gain,to improve the sense of gain of primary school teachers,to stabilize the teaching staff of basic education in China and to ensure the healthy development of basic education.At present,there is still no authoritative tool to measure teachers' occupational acquisition.In this study,under the background of Chinese culture,primary school teachers are taken as the research group to explore the connotation and structure of primary school teachers' sense of professional gain,develop measurement tools and verify the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,and then carry out further preliminary application research.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)There are 19 items in the questionnaire.Specifically,there are five dimensions: the sense of economic benefits(3 items),the sense of environmental comfort(4 items),the sense of interpersonal warmth(4 items),the sense of teaching achievement(5 items),and the sense of school belonging(3 items).(2)The questionnaire is a five-dimensional model with good reliability,validity and fit.The alpha coefficient of the total questionnaire reached 0.910,the alpha coefficient of the sub questionnaire ranged from 0.696 to 0.876,the reliability is good,the questionnaire is stable and reliable;?2/df<3,RMR and RMSEA < 0.08,GFI,CFI,NFI,TLI and IFI are all above 0.9.The questionnaire can be used to measure primary school teachers' sense of professional gain.(3)According to the survey results of the current situation of primary school teachers' sense of professional gain,the sense of professional gain of primary school teachers is in the middle level.The demographic shows that the main effects of gender,age and authorized strength are significant,the interaction effect is significant.The school location has no significant effect on Teachers' sense of professional gain.(4)According to the regression analysis,it is concluded that the primary school teachers' sense of professional gain is positively correlated with organizational justice,and negatively correlated with turnover intention.Primary school teachers' sense of professional gain plays a mediating role in the influence of organizational justice on turnover intention.
