Organizational citizenship behaviors(OCB) is individual behavior that is discretionary, not explicitly recognized by the formal reward system,and that in the aggregate promotes the effective functioning of the organization.The OCB have three feature:(1) discretionary, that is,the behavior is rather a matter of personal choice;(2) the behavior is not an enforceable requirement of the role or the job description,such that its omission is not generally understood as punishable;(3)in the long run,the behaviors is benefitable to the organization' developping.The purpose of the paper was to developing the measure of the teacher OCB and discussing the relation of teacher OCB and transformational leadship,organization justice and organization support.Based on the reading and analying study literatures,specical talking,measures inquirying,especially the controlling and testing common method biases of the data,the findings of research are as follows.(1) This study worked out an teachers' OCB questionnaire including 24 items,and the structure of OCB consists of 7 factors,which are respectively named as considerating the students' life and learning,considerating the students' thought and communicating with them,initiative,helping and cooperating with others,saving and protecting the resource of school,supporting and protecting the reputation of school,self-development.(2) Among the structure of teachers' OCB,the score remarks of initiative and saving and protecting the resource of school were the lowest.(3) Teacher OCB exists significant difference on the teacher's Characteristics of demography variables.(4) After controlling the Characteristics of demography variables,the transformational leadership can effectively foresee the OCB of the teacher in the school.(5) After controlling the Characteristics of demography variables,distributive justice, procedural justice and organizational support can remarkable predicate the teachers' OCB.(6) Organizational supporting mediated the relationship between transformational leadership and the teachers' OCB,and the organizational justice didn't mediate the relationship.(7) Organizational justice moderated the relationship between transformational leadership and the teachers' OCB.Finally,we explained the result of research and discussed the theoricial and practice meaning of the results,and provided some important suggestions.
