The research focused on the essential factors of the organizational justice andthe job performance, and then analyzed the influence of the organizational justice tothe job performance. Firstly, this paper studies the theories of the organizationaljustice and the job performance, and analyses their relationship in order to offer atheoretical foundation and evaluation index for the following positive analysis. Basicresearch methods and hypotheses were proposed after collecting the information onthese fields. Then the questionnaires were demonstrated and studied.250Chineseprimary and secondary school teachers(valid samples) were surveyed throughquestionnaires to test the hypotheses. The data were processed and analyzed by thesoftware SPSS. Factor analysis, Reliability Analysis, Correlation analysis were used inthis paper. The results provided proof for the theoretical basis,and the hypotheseswere1argely supported....
