The government vigorously supports social work professional service activities to help the rural revitalization strategy,and social workers,as an emerging force for caring for and protecting the "three left-behind" people in rural areas,actively practice social work professional concepts and methods,respond to the psychological and social needs of rural left-behind groups,and promote the construction of modern and beautiful villages suitable for living and working.In the process of conducting professional internships,social workers found the problem of insufficient self-confidence of rural left-behind children,reviewed a large number of literature and found that the development goal of self-identity was highly coupled with the goal of improving the core ability of rural left-behind children,and that the self-identity of rural left-behind children was not obtained for a long time because they could not smoothly transition the legal delay period,thus bringing the problem of lack of confidence,and tried to clarify the self-confidence of rural left-behind children from the change of self-identity development status.Enhance the core competencies of rural left-behind children through the dual interactive intervention of self-awareness transformation and interpersonal relationship adjustment.This paper mainly uses the interview method and case study method to screen three typical rural junior high school left-behind children with low self-confidence through practice and scale,and conducts in-depth research on the service objects from different contents and dimensions of self-identity based on the relationship between family and the Johari window: The analysis of crisis events from different contents and dimensions of self-identity,and finds that the service objects are at a low level in exploration and commitment,and intervenes in service problems according to basic theories such as self-identity theory,construction theory,and social learning theory,so as to help the service objects from self-awareness.The three aspects of understanding the self in the social collective and coordinating the conflict relationship gradually achieve self-acquisition and satisfaction,and finally realize the identity of the service object,and the self-confidence of the service object is effectively improved.This paper discusses the feasibility of social work intervention for left-behind children in rural left-behind children,summarizes the practical experience of casework,and puts forward practical intervention strategies for social work intervention in left-behind children from the perspective of self-awareness and interpersonal relationships.The study focuses on the psychological problems of left-behind children in rural areas,starts from the source of adolescent problems,intervenes in crisis events of left-behind children’s self-development through casework,alleviates the negative emotions of left-behind children in rural areas,changes the plight of left-behind children in rural areas,and enriches the research of self-identity theory,social work theory and other related theoretical research,while helping left-behind children establish correct communication methods,effectively improve the cognitive and communication skills of left-behind children,and promote the further development of the practical work of the social work profession.starting from the source of adolescent problems,it intervenes in the crisis events of the self-development of left-behind children through case work,alleviates the negative emotions of rural left-behind children in a targeted way,and changes the plight of left-behind children.While enriching the theory of self-identity,social work theory and other relevant theoretical researches,Help left-behind children to establish the right way of communication,effectively improve the cognition and communication ability of left-behind children,and promote the further development of the practical work of the social work major. |
