| The key to rural revitalization lies in people.The high-quality and efficient development of rural industries attracting more talents.In order to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,achieve coordinated development of rural industries and talent teams,stimulate the vitality of talents,and build a high-quality modern agricultural industry talent team,it is of great historical significance for realizing rural revitalization strategy and the strategy of building a strong agricultural country.In recent years,Chongzhou city has made remarkable achievements in the construction of modern agricultural industry talents,cultivating a large number of talents in this field.However,in practical development,it also faces many real problems.This article starts from the connotation and extension of the concepts of modern agriculture,modern agricultural industry,modern agricultural industry talents,and talent team construction,and summarizes the main practice of Chongzhou in attracting,cultivating,and ensuring talents,and used document research,questionnaire survey,and descriptive statistics to obtain first-hand research data.Combines with human capital theory,human resource management theory,and dual-factor theory,it analysis the current situation of talent team construction in Chongzhou’s modern agricultural industry.It is found that there are currently problems with the unreasonable structure of the talent team,insufficient talent reserve and low cultural quality,poorly targeted training content,poor access to talent policy,and small support of talent policy,which are mainly due to low awareness and importance of agricultural industry talents,insufficient systematic and effective cultivation systems,inadequate policy promotion,insufficient financial investment,and imperfect talent evaluation system.Based on the experience of human resources development in developed countries and outstanding agricultural industries in our country,suggestions have been put forward in various aspects,including enhancing the importance of talent,formulating talent development plans,guiding college graduates to work at the grassroots level,attracting social talent to return,designing training content according to needs,integrating high-quality resources,encouraging continuing education,improving public service systems and supporting facilities,increasing funding,improve the talent incentive system,establishing talent assessment and evaluation systems.These countermeasure suggestions have strong feasibility and operability,and to a certain extent,promote the construction of modern agricultural industry talent team in Chongzhou City,and at the same time,provide reference for similar regions. |
