| As the country vigorously promotes digitalization and intelligent transformation and upgrading, industrial robotics and related industries are developing rapidly, and the application fields are expanding to various industries, which puts forward higher requirements on the quantity, ability and quality of industrial robotics application talents. As an emerging specialty in secondary schools, many schools are still exploring the construction of this specialty. As a core course,Industrial Robotics Operation and Programming focuses on training students to be able to operate and program robots in different production situations. However, the current level of construction of the course cannot meet the requirements of enterprises for the training of talents, and there is an urgent need for curriculum reform. As one of the mainstream methods of curriculum development in vocational education, the project-based curriculum can transform job tasks and vocational competencies into a curriculum structure and standards, which is an important way to realise the "alignment of professional settings with industrial needs, curriculum content with vocational standards and teaching process with production process".The typical production cases of enterprises contain new technologies, new standards, new specifications and other advanced production contents, which can be connected with enterprise work projects and updated teaching contents in time, making teaching projects more contextualised, realistic and concrete. This paper adopts the research methods of literature research, survey research and expert seminar, and is divided into four main steps. In the first step, the theoretical basis of the project curriculum, its connotation and characteristics,as well as the current status of research on the development of industrial robotics courses in secondary schools, the development paradigm and key points of the project curriculum, and the development path of the project curriculum based on typical cases from enterprises are identified. In the second step, through the research on the construction status of the related course of Industrial Robot Operation and Programming in secondary schools and the research on the needs of industrial robot industry enterprises, the course is summarized to have problems such as unreasonable project design, lack of course resources and imperfect course assessment and evaluation system. In the third step, firstly,by observing and recording the job content of the robot operation programmer position and interviewing and discussing with enterprise job experts, the job corresponding work areas and work tasks were initially formed. Then a seminar of job experts was held to further revise and improve the initially acquired work areas and job tasks and to identify occupational competencies.Next, the typical case of the enterprise is determined through analysis, and the work project corresponding to the typical case of the enterprise is determined based on the results of the work task analysis, and the teaching contents contained in the work project are extracted through case analysis and expert interviews. In view of the teaching considerations, the project is sequenced according to the difficulty and relevance of the project, while the project is pedagogically processed, and students are transitioned to real work project learning by designing transitional teaching projects and transitional learning tasks. Finally, project teaching resources are designed and developed according to the project teaching needs. In the fourth step, based on the CIPP course evaluation model, the project course is tested and improved by inviting experts from enterprises, course experts, relevant key teachers, students and other relevant personnel to evaluate the course background, course plan, course implementation process and course implementation effect. The evaluation results show that the course is in line with the actual needs of enterprises and teaching needs, and can improve students’ professionalism, professional ability and comprehensive ability, but students’ migration ability is still relatively weak, and there are problems such as insufficient guidance in the use of teaching resources, large differences in students’ performance in activities, and unreasonable time arrangement in the teaching process, which need further improvement. From the perspective of curriculum reform, the application of the project curriculum development paradigm based on typical enterprise cases in the middle-level "industrial robot operation and programming" course can solve the problem of disconnection between the middle-level robotics course and the actual enterprise, provide ideas for improving the comprehensive vocational ability of middle-level students and cultivating high-quality technical skills talents in line with the digital transformation of the new era,and also provide a reference for the project curriculum research and equipment manufacturing class curriculum development reform provides a reference. |
