On December 21,2022,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued "the Opinions on Deepening the Construction and Reform of the Modern Vocational Education System",putting forward the guiding ideology of high-quality development of modern vocational education.The education process of accounting talents in secondary vocational schools should also reflect the cultivation of students’ comprehensive ability,innovation ability and teamwork spirit.TBL teaching method can effectively improve the cultivation of students’ above abilities in course teaching."Enterprise Financial Accounting" is the core course of the accounting major in secondary vocational schools.Students are difficult to learn,and are prone to fear difficulties during the learning process,which affects the learning effect.In order to enhance the teaching effect of "Enterprise Financial Accounting",it is necessary to change the teaching methods,realize the transfer of "deep understanding",and promote the cultivation of students’ comprehensive accounting ability and team spirit.TBL(TeamBased Learning)teaching method,combined with course content,stimulates students’ autonomous learning,comprehensive application of knowledge and teamwork ability.However,how to effectively use the concept of TBL to design and successfully implement the teaching process of "Enterprise Financial Accounting" is challenging.Based on the pyramid theory,group dynamics theory,constructivism theory of the study,this paper combs domestic and foreign literature to clarify the basic links of TBL teaching method;Questionnaire survey and interview method are adopted to analyze the teaching status of "Enterprise Financial Accounting" in Jinhua Z vocational School,and it is found that there are some problems such as single classroom teaching form,weak awareness of independent learning,weak teamwork ability,and single achievement evaluation system.Then analyze the specific cause,it concludes the suitability and necessity of using TBL teaching method in the teaching of "Enterprise Financial Accounting" for accounting major in secondary vocational schools.Then,combined with "Enterprise Financial Accounting",this paper attempts to analyze the overall teaching process of TBL,and carries out specific case design and practice from the aspects of design ideas,learning situation analysis,teaching content,teaching objectives,teaching key and difficult points,teaching process,etc.In this study,senior one students in Jinhua Z vocational School were selected to form an experimental class and a control class.The experimental class adopted TBL teaching method,while the control class adopted traditional teaching method.After the implementation,knowledge test was carried out on the two classes,and questionnaire survey was carried out on the experimental class,and intra-group and inter-group evaluation tables were analyzed.On this basis,this paper further reflects on the shortcomings in the application process,and proposes that it is necessary to strengthen the promotion of teachers’ professional ability,pay attention to the long-term training of cooperation ability,and dynamically adjust the difficulty of team test questions in the teaching of "Enterprise Financial Accounting".Finally,the conclusion is drawn that the application of TBL teaching method in the teaching of "Enterprise Financial Accounting" can enliven the classroom atmosphere,cultivate the ability of knowledge transfer and team cooperation.It aims to enhance teaching effectiveness and improve learning efficiency through the teaching practice of "Enterprise Financial Accounting" in secondary vocational school,thus improving the professional qualities of students such as knowledge transfer and team cooperation,providing new ideas for others to explore the teaching of TBL teaching method in the accounting course in secondary vocational school,and improving the teaching system of the accounting course in secondary vocational school.The follow-up research will combine the feedback information from teachers and students to continuously improve the TBL program and enhance the teaching implementation effect.
