| The currently advocated concept of vocational education, its curriculum standards and training objectives all advocate the establishment of an open, comprehensive and dynamic developmental evaluation mechanism, which puts forward new requirements for the development of secondary vocational students and promotes students to improve their ability and comprehensive literacy. However,in the study of the Enterprise Financial Accounting course for the middle vocational profession, there are still problems such as students’ low interest in learning and insufficient ability performance, which in turn leads to the impact of the teaching effect of the course.Based on this, this study locates the problem to the teaching assessment, and proposes to apply performance assessment to the teaching of the middle-level Enterprise Financial Accounting course to change the teaching, improve the bad situation in the current student learning process, and improve the teaching quality. This study organically combines performance assessment with teaching in the traditional classroom of secondary vocational education, promotes the integration of teaching and assessment, and improves the application effect of teaching assessment.First of all, focus on the research progress at home and abroad, and fully understand the development context and research dynamics of performance assessment.Secondly, the questionnaire survey method and the interview survey method are used to in-depth understand the use of teaching assessment in the Enterprise Financial Accounting course for secondary vocational workers and the corresponding learning status presented by students, identify problems and analyze the causes. Finally, combined with the characteristics of the curriculum, the basic model of performance assessment application is constructed, and the corresponding performance assessment activities are designed to be implemented in the selected teaching materials to analyze the effect. The conclusion is as follows:First, the design of performance assessment in secondary vocational classroom teaching mainly revolves around the following three aspects:to promote understanding as the basis to determine performance goals,to design performance tasks with ability development as the center, and to formulate evaluation rules based on learning and advancement.Second, the application of performance assessment in the Enterprise Financial Accounting of the middle vocational staff can follow the form of task-based,results-based and diversified participation, while paying attention to students’ ability development and career cognition.Third, the application of performance assessment helps to improve students’interest in learning and academic performance. These research results are enough to show that the application of performance assessment can improve the teaching effect of secondary vocational schools, and that performance assessment can be organically integrated with traditional classroom teaching, making teaching assessment in the classroom more diagnostic. However, this study is only a small-scale exploration in the Enterprise Financial Accounting course, and there are some problems in the process of development that deserve further study, and it is hoped that more scholars can join the team of educational assessment reform and accumulate strength for the breakthrough of the new curriculum reform. |
