| In recent years,under the influence of the development of tennis at home and abroad,college students are paying more and more attention to tennis,and many college students have joined the sport of tennis.University tennis elective courses are favored by more and more students and have become one of the sports with a large number of participants.Tennis has the following characteristics: tennis has relatively high requirements for the venue,compared with table tennis,badminton and other ball sports,the weight of tennis rackets and tennis balls are relatively heavy,and the tennis court is relatively large,the range of movement is large,which will have a great impact on beginners to master tennis hitting techniques.At present,the traditional teaching methods are mainly used in the elective courses of tennis in colleges and universities,and the traditional teaching method is dominated by teachers in the teaching process,and students are relatively passive in learning,which is not conducive to stimulating students’ enthusiasm for learning.The existence of these factors greatly restricts the improvement of the basic tennis skills of the majority of tennis elective students.With the gradual diversification of physical education courses,the continuous improvement of teaching mode,and the continuous innovation of tennis teaching methods,in order to improve the quality of tennis teaching,this study introduces tennis auxiliary exercises to the teaching of college tennis elective courses on the basis of traditional teaching,and carries out teaching experimental research.In this study,auxiliary exercises(tennis batting exercises,tennis swing resistance fans,and soft ladders)were applied to college tennis electives to conduct experimental research and testing of tennis forehand and backhand shots and serve teaching.By comparing with traditional teaching methods,the actual effect of auxiliary practice equipment in tennis teaching is explored,which accelerates students’ motivation to stereotype tennis technology,improves the quality of classroom teaching,stimulates students’ interest in learning,and finds a new way to improve the teaching quality of college tennis elective courses.In this study,five research methods were mainly applied: literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method and mathematical statistics method.65 male students of the 2022 college tennis public elective course of Jiangxi Normal University of Science and Technology were selected as experimental subjects,33 students in the experimental class used auxiliary practice equipment for teaching,and 32 students in the control class used traditional methods to teach,all of whom received a 16-week teaching experimental course.To explore the practical application effect of auxiliary practice equipment in the teaching of college tennis public elective courses,and compare it with traditional tennis teaching methods,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)After 16 weeks of teaching experiments,the experimental class and the control class had a certain improvement in the interest in physical learning,but the experimental class had a more significant improvement in the three aspects of positive interest,independent inquiry and sports participation in the physical learning interest index,indicating that the auxiliary exerciser was more helpful to stimulate students’ interest in learning.(2)After 16 weeks of teaching experiments,the tennis specific physical fitness of the students in the experimental group and the control group improved,but the data of the experimental class were better than those of the control class.Explain that traditional pedagogy and the addition of tennis aids to teach are conducive to the development of students’ physical fitness.(3)The use of auxiliary exercises in the teaching of tennis public elective courses can improve the stability of students’ tennis forehand and backhand strikes,hitting depth and hitting speed;Increase the success rate of student serves.(4)The use of the swing resistance fan exercise device has a significant effect on the student’s forehand and backhand hitting speed and hitting depth.Swinging a resistance fan can also strengthen the muscles of the student’s lower extremities;Coordinate the order of the strokes so that students can make full use of the role of the hip rotation;Correct the wrong movement of arm force and prevent the occurrence of sports injuries.(5)The use of tennis batting practice equipment has obvious effect on the stability and action evaluation of students’ forehand and backhand shots.The tennis batting practice device can also improve students’ mastery of the hitting point;Improve students’ ability to judge the distance between people and balls;Improve the rhythm of the shot.The use of tennis assist practitioners is conducive to students’ mastery of forehand and backhand hitting movements,improving learning quality and efficiency.(6)The use of rope ladders has a significant effect on the movement of students.Good foot-moving skills can lay a solid foundation for students to hit the ball steadily.Suggestion:(1)In the future tennis teaching,teachers can choose auxiliary exercisers according to the individual differences of students,carry out auxiliary exercises according to the different weaknesses of students,and consider the design and use of auxiliary exercisers from the starting point of students to improve students’ enthusiasm and efficiency in learning.(2)The use of tennis auxiliary equipment in the process of teaching should conform to the law of tennis sports skill formation and the characteristics of the basic technique of tennis.(3)When using the auxiliary exerciser,it is necessary to reasonably plan the use time,calculate the load of the exercise,and prevent the adverse effect of fatigue and injury on students by adding the auxiliary exerciser.(4)Strengthen the development and research of auxiliary exercisers,deeply understand the elements of tennis teaching,master the reasonable use and use of various auxiliary exercisers,and continuously improve their teaching skills. |
