In recent years,tennis has developed rapidly in colleges and universities,and the public elective course of tennis has been favored by students,and more and more students have chosen the course of tennis.There are several problems in tennis teaching in colleges and universities in our country.The traditional teaching mode is dominant.Large class teaching model;Tennis court resources are limited and teaching hours are insufficient.Because the tennis teaching is restricted by the teaching venue and teaching hours,how we use the limited venue and teaching hours to let the students master the basic technology as soon as possible is the key problem to be solved in the current tennis teaching.Research purposes: this paper through the teaching experiment method,the research in colleges and universities to use the tennis tennis elective course aided teaching training can improve the quality of classroom teaching,explore tennis auxiliary training on college students’ learning tennis forehand,backhand,service technology,the influence of the theory and method of tennis teaching provides the reference for colleges and universities.Research Methods: In this study,students from two public tennis classes of Guangdong University of Finance and Economics were selected as the research objects.There were 24 students in each class,including 12 boys and 12 girls.The experiment was conducted by single blind method and lasted for 16 weeks(once a week,two class hours each time).The traditional teaching method was adopted in the control class,and the tennis training assistant(BX-1901)was added in the experimental class to assist the tennis technique teaching on the basis of the traditional teaching method.The basic physical fitness indexes,such as 10-meter sprint(S),5-point return run(S),6-side jump(S),sitting body forward bend(CM),standing long jump(CM),were tested before and after the experiment.After the experiment,tennis technique test was carried out according to ITN test and evaluation system,including standard test,stability test and skill evaluation test of forehand technique,backhand technique and serve technique.Results:Forehand technique.The results of the experimental class were higher than those of the control class(P<0.05)in the forehand technical standard test,forehand technical stability score,forehand technical evaluation score and forehand technical total score.Backhand technique.The scores of the experimental class were higher than those of the control class(P<0.05).3.Serving skills.Compared with the control class,the four technical test indexes of the experimental class and the control class were not significantly improved(P>0.05).4.After the experiment,the results of 10-meter sprint and 5-point return race in both classes were significantly improved(P<0.05);There were no significant changes in the results of 6-side jump,sitting body forward bend and standing long jump between the two classes(P BBB 0 0.05).Before and after the experiment,there were no significant differences in the physical fitness indexes between the groups.Research Conclusions:1.The tennis auxiliary training device adopted in this study is obviously helpful for beginners in learning forehand skills,and their mastery of forehand skills is higher than that of the control class,which is mainly manifested in the technical standards and technical evaluation.The auxiliary training device can make the beginners’ forehand technique more standard and the quality of the shot better.2.The tennis auxiliary training device adopted in this study is obviously helpful for beginners to learn backhand skills,and their mastery of backhand skills is higher than that of the control class,which is mainly manifested in the technical standards and technical evaluation.The auxiliary training device can make the beginners’ backhand technique more standard and the quality of hitting the ball better.3.The tennis auxiliary training device adopted in this study is not obviously helpful for beginners to learn the service skills and cannot improve the teaching effect of the service skills.4.The tennis auxiliary training device adopted in this study has no obvious help for beginners to improve their physical fitness and cannot improve the teaching effect of physical fitness.
