In June 2019,the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued the Opinions on Deepening Education and Teaching Reform and Comprehensively Improving the Quality of Compulsory Education."Opinions" is a programmatic document for deepening the reform of education and teaching and comprehensively improving the quality of compulsory education in the new era.Its introduction has a profound historical and historical background,and is of great significance.A series of effective measures were put forward to address outstanding problems in developing quality-oriented education in an all-round way,improving the quality of classroom teaching,building a team of high-quality and professional teachers,and deepening reforms in key areas."Opinions" focus on improving the quality of classroom teaching,put forward four aspects of specific measures.Among them,optimize the teaching methods,widely promote the application of excellent teaching results,guide schools to pay attention to the integration of new teaching methods and means such as heuristic,interactive and inquiry,pay attention to teaching students according to their aptitude,accurate analysis of students’ learning,differentiated teaching and individual guidance.Further enrich the teaching method and teaching means,fundamentally improve the quality of teaching.Under the background of the reform and development of physical education in colleges and universities in our country,the course of physical education in colleges and universities is a process of integrating students’ harmonious development of body and mind,ideological character education,cultural and scientific education,life and physical skills education in physical activity and organic combination.It is an important way to carry out quality education and cultivate all-round talents.With the deepening of education and teaching reform,the integration of new teaching methods will greatly enrich teaching content,promote and improve teaching quality,and broaden new ideas,new paths and new directions for education and teaching reform.Tennis,a beautiful and intense sport popular all over the world,is known as the world’s second largest ball game.Tennis is one of the most broad-based and popular sports courses in colleges and universities.At present,the tennis course resources offered by colleges and universities are far from meeting the needs of students to select courses.Tennis technology is characterized by "easy to learn and difficult to master",a long learning process,and a long stay in the teaching of key technologies.Therefore,it is difficult to master technical skills in the 14-week teaching week.The significance of this study is to integrate the teaching method of fast and easy tennis into the traditional teaching,master the correct basic technology in the shortest time,and aim at optimizing the teaching method and exploring a way to improve the teaching quality.In this paper,sports scientific research methods such as literature,teaching experiment,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis are adopted to study the practical effect of "play&stay" tennis teaching method integrated into traditional tennis teaching,and verify the effectiveness of "play&stay" teaching method.The core purpose is to improve the teaching quality.Through 28 class hours of specific teaching experiments,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.After the comparative analysis of teaching experiments,the analysis shows that the experimental group and the control group have obvious significant differences in the test of forehand and backhand hitting,and the "play&stay" tennis teaching method is better than the control group in the test results of forehand and backhand hitting.2.Physical fitness as a proof index of effect can prove the variable factors of exercise load in the process of teaching implementation.The experimental group and the control group in the physical quality of lower limb strength(standing long jump),endurance(800 meters)(1000meters),flexibility(sitting forward bend)did not have a significant difference,in the speed(50 meters)there is a significant difference,that is,the fast and easy tennis teaching method in teaching exercise load effect is not significant.3.Through the comparative analysis of teaching experiments,the analysis shows that the experimental group and the control group have significant differences in the initiative and interest of students in learning tennis after the teaching experiment,indicating that the "play&stay" teaching method has a significant effect in improving students’ interest.4.Through the comparative analysis of teaching experiments,the analysis shows that the experimental group and the control group have significant differences in the holding round test and the serving test after the teaching experiment,and the "play&stay" tennis teaching method has obvious effects on students’ mastery of the holding round and the serving technical skills.5.There are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the analysis of classroom evaluation results.Students who integrate the "play&stay" tennis teaching method have significantly higher classroom evaluation value than the control group,from the perspective of students,"play&stay" teaching method has good popularization prospects.From the analysis of the overall experimental results,the integration of "play&stay" teaching method into the traditional teaching has a very obvious effect on students’ short-term learning technology,and is an effective means to stimulate students’ interest in learning.It provides practical significance and theoretical basis for promoting education and teaching reform and further improving teaching quality. |
