With the introduction of the strategic plan for rural revitalization by the country,the development of rural education has become an important part of the development of rural society.As the "new rural talents" in rural society,rural young teachers at the primary school stage occupy a large proportion of the basic education stage in the entire rural society,and their position in the development and reform process of rural basic education is increasingly prominent has become an important role in rural revitalization and educational development.However,at present,there is insufficient attention and low understanding of the actual survival situation of rural young teachers.With the increasingly prominent social value of rural young teachers,it is necessary to analyze and explore the professional survival situation of rural primary school young teachers.Through field investigations,this study entered the work field of rural primary school teachers,personally experiencing the real survival situation of rural primary school teachers,and conducting a comprehensive survey,with a view to presenting the real professional situation of young primary school teachers in rural society.Based on the collation of survey data,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the professional survival situation and professional difficulties of young teachers in rural primary schools using the theory of human environment matching,and attempts to propose optimal paths to improve the professional survival situation and quality of life of young teachers in rural primary schools.The main process and conclusions of this study are as follows:Firstly,based on the preliminary understanding of the real survival situation of rural young teachers in internship practice,explore the research issues,and analyze the relevant research conducted by domestic and foreign scholars on the professional survival situation of rural primary school young teachers,providing an important reference for this study.Secondly,this study takes young teachers from rural primary schools in Y County,Jiangxi Province as the research object,using questionnaire research and indepth interview methods as research methods.The interviewees were selected to conduct three rounds of interviews,continuously optimizing and supplementing the research in order to obtain complete and rich research data.Finally,it comes to the following five aspects of occupational survival issues:(1)In terms of occupational benefits,there are issues such as low wages and benefits,performance based salary deductions,and job pay that is not proportional to salary returns;(2)In terms of vocational environment,there are problems such as poor school running conditions at teaching sites,low quality of teaching and living for teachers,poor accommodation conditions for teachers from other places,and insufficient humanistic care;(3)In terms of occupational stress,there are daily work overload,high physical and mental pressure on teachers,multiple job distractions,high pressure on teachers’ responsibilities,various inspections and assessments,and high competitive pressure on teachers;(4)In terms of career growth,there are problems such as the separation of old and new teachers from each other,the absence of the role of education leaders,and the lack of resources for professional development platforms in rural schools;(5)In terms of professional emotion,there are problems such as unclear career motivation,unswerving teaching beliefs,low social status of rural teachers,and insufficient professional identity among rural young teachers.Based on the analysis of the reasons,this paper attempts to propose four aspects,including cultivating teachers’ life consciousness,building school management levels,increasing policy preferences,and promoting the trend of respecting teachers and valuing education in rural society.
