After the reform and opening up, along with the social and economic development,the number of migrant workers continue to increase, this special group of "newgeneration of migrant workers" is also growing concern to the community. The newgeneration of migrant workers facing two difficult of integrating into the city and returnhome to develop themselves. In recent years, more and more people emphasis on the"three rural" issues, which has brought an opportunity for the development of the newgeneration of migrant workers return home. It is the bounden duty of vocationaleducation, how to make the generation of migrant workers become a qualified ruralbuilders.In this paper, from the point of view of vocational education to explore how tobetter promote the new generation of migrant workers return home development. Thefull text is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is an introduction discussestopics of the reason, the significance of the study ideas and methods. The secondgeneration of migrant workers, the concept of return of vocational education conceptdefined. Chapter three analyzed the need of the new generation of migrant workersreturn home to development. The new rural development needs of the new generation ofmigrant workers return home and return home is in an effective way to achieveself-worth for the new generation of migrant workers. Chapter four as the Zhumadiannew generation of migrant workers an example, to investigate the condition of its returnof vocational education, and summed up the lack of vocational education is animportant factor to impact the development of the new generation of migrant workersreturn home. The article analysis the reasons for the lack of vocational education.Chapter five introduced the Foreign Agricultural vocational education, and study theexperience of its agricultural personnel training. Chapter six explored the way toimproving the vocational education internal management system and improving theexternal security mechanism to ensure the promotion of the new generation of migrantworkers after go home.Chapter seven is the summary of the article and identifyshortcomings.
