| The first generation of migrant workers were participants and witnesses of urban development since China’s reform and opening up.Under the current situation of social progress and economic development in China,the employment problem of the first generation of migrant workers has gradually become prominent.The issue of employment and the aging of the population have always been the focus and problems of continuous attention in China and even the world.Including the "three rural issues" that the State Council has repeatedly emphasized in recent years,they all focus on one group,the first generation of migrant workers.The first generation of migrant workers studied in this article is the first generation of migrant workers aged 40(including 40)to60 years old.The first generation of migrant workers was old before being rich,simple-minded,and there was a kind of "doing nothing to do" Hardship and perseverance.The city’s welfare benefits and bright colors have made migrant workers have a certain longing for long-term residence in the city,which is the pull of the city’s "stay in the city";but the constraints of urban and rural dual household registration and the high cost of the city Housing prices,employment pressures,etc.have made migrant workers discourage cities,which is also the city’s push on the first generation of migrant workers.In addition,in recent years,the state has strongly called for rural revitalization policies,and carried out drastic reforms and constructions of rural construction,which has increased the attractiveness of the village to the population,and has provided many preferential policies for migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start businesses and employment.The simple "nostalgia" thought in the hearts of the first generation of migrant workers is the "pulling force" of the first generation of rural workers.From the perspective of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,most of the first generation of migrant workers made a demand for returning home after a comprehensive balance of advantages and disadvantages.In the context of new urbanization,will the first generation of migrant workers go smoothly after returning to their original domicile?What dilemmas will there be? For the employment difficulties of the first generation of migrant workers returning home,this article takes the first generation of migrant workers in Huangping County,Qiandongnan Prefecture,Guizhou Province as an example.The first chapter proposes that in the context of the new era,China ’s first-generation migrant workers are currently in an awkward personal situation,returning home is facing a dilemma,raising their employment problems,and introducing the content and purpose of this article.The second chapter introduces the relevant theories that will be used in this article,and reviews the literature on the return of first-generation migrant workers and employment.The third chapter uses SPSS software to analyze the data of the survey of the first generation of migrant workers in Huangping County using spss software to introduce the personal situation and family situation of the first generation of migrant workers in Huangping County.The fourth chapter analyzes the willingness and dilemma of the first generation of migrant workers to return home.The "push-pull" theory in the theory of population migration was used to analyze the actual choices of the first generation of migrant workers in cities,and the survey data was combined with Maslow’s hierarchy theory to analyze the employment needs of the first generation of migrant workers.The fifth chapter analyzes the employment dilemma of the first generation of migrant workers after returning home.Through field visits and investigations of the first generation of migrant workers,local governments,and enterprises in Huangping County,case studies are conducted.The sixth chapter analyzes the reasons for the plight of the first generation of migrant workers.Based on the analysis in Chapters 3,4,and 5,the causes of the employment difficulties of the first-generation migrant workers returning to their hometown were analyzed from internal and external reasons,respectively.The seventh chapter is the countermeasures for the employment difficulties of the first generation of migrant workers.This article puts forward the countermeasures to overcome the difficulties of the first generation of migrant workers returning home and combine them with the actual situation. |
