| As an important part of China’s education system,vocational education plays the role of cultivating high-quality skilled talents.The course of "Basic Knowledge of Tour Guide" is the core course of tourism service and management major,which plays an important role in increasing students’ tourism knowledge and cultivating professional skills.However,the teaching of basic knowledge of tour guides in secondary vocational schools has the problem of low learning motivation.In order to better promote the development of vocational education,the teaching reform of basic knowledge of tour guides should be deeply studied.This paper uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,IPA analysis method,and uses the multiple intelligence theory and pragmatism theory to study the teaching reform of the "basic knowledge of tour guide" course in secondary vocational schools.The study mainly includes the following four aspects.One is the "1+X" certificate system at home and abroad and secondary vocational "guide basic knowledge" course teaching research situation,scholars on the study of "1+X" certificate system from multiple angles,from the policy interpretation,certificate construction,pilot work,secondary "tour guide basic knowledge" course teaching problems.Therefore,under the background of "1 + X" certificate system,it can better promote the development of the basic knowledge of tour guide teaching in secondary vocational schools.Second,starting from the teaching situation of "Basic knowledge of Tour Guide" in secondary vocational school,The questionnaire affecting the factors influencing the teaching improvement of Basic Knowledge of Tour Guide was compiled and investigated,After the questionnaire,it was confirmed that the influencing factors of teaching improvement were teaching concept,teaching method,teaching process,teaching effect and teaching evaluation,Determine the"teaching target positioning" "guide basic knowledge under the background of 1 +X certificate system needs" "richness" "teaching method using teaching method""innovation" "class" learning "class teaching" "consolidate" after class ""knowledge "" practice ability "" innovation ability "" process evaluation "" outcome evaluation "" practice evaluation " the 14 indicators.Third,through the current situation investigation and analysis,the use of IPA analysis method for analysis,for the 14 indicators in the specific location of the IPA area map,so as to put forward the problems existing in teaching.Secondary vocational "guide basic knowledge" teaching exist teaching target is not clear,teaching content and certificate fusion degree is not high,single,backward teaching concept,teaching method,from the teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching idea,teaching method,teaching process,teaching evaluation of the six aspects put forward the tour guide basic knowledge teaching reform measures.Fourth,the teaching case design,under the background of "1 + X" certificate system,the chapter of "Basic Knowledge of Tour Guide".From the teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching process,teaching strategy,teaching evaluation design.The research innovation is to integrate the basic Knowledge of Tour Guide with the "1 + X" certificate system to promote the course teaching.Under the background of "1 + X" system,this study provides guidance for the teaching of basic Knowledge of Tour Guide and secondary vocational schools. |
