| Curriculum teaching reform has always been an important research content in vocational education,China’s new "Vocational Education Law" pointed out that it is necessary to strengthen the emphasis on secondary vocational education curriculum reform,strive to get rid of traditional teaching methods,and implement a competency-based,employment-oriented secondary vocational education system.However,the traditional teaching method is obviously not suitable for the development and teaching requirements of today’s society,so the research aims to solve the current teaching method problems of the secondary tourism service and management major,and cultivate high-quality tourism talents.Taking the course of "Basic Knowledge of Tour Guide" as an example,the project teaching method is integrated into the teaching of the course of "Basic Knowledge of Tour Guide" for middle school,and the natural landscape is taken as the research object to carry out applied research on project teaching.The literature analysis method was used to explain the background and research significance of the topic selection.The research status of project pedagogy at home and abroad was analyzed.Introduces the concepts of project pedagogy;The intrinsic relationship between multiple intelligences theory,constructivist theory,ability-based education theory and project pedagogy is discussed,which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research.Based on the combination of literature research and expert opinions,the questionnaire survey method and interview method were used to investigate the students and teachers of secondary vocational tourism,and the problems of teaching design deviating from the scope of practice in the course were analyzed,and the feasibility and necessity of the application of the project teaching method in the course were demonstrated.Take the curriculum standards and teaching content as the starting point,and clarify the principles that should be followed in the teaching design of the project;Based on this design principle,the project teaching method is integrated into the course of "Basic Knowledge of Tour Guide",starting from the three links of pre-class preparation,course implementation and teaching reflection,and according to the five steps of the project teaching method,the project teaching mode that is in line with the "Basic Knowledge of Tour Guide" course for middle vocational students is designed.Taking the explanation of natural landscape as a teaching case,the project teaching plan was designed according to the five steps of determining the project theme,formulating the project plan,implementing the project task,displaying the project results and project evaluation,and 32 students in the 21 st level tourism service and management class 2were taught by project teaching method.The application effect of the project teaching method was verified by using the interview method and questionnaire survey method for the students of the two classes,and the results showed that the project teaching method could effectively improve students’ learning attitude,understanding professional knowledge and other learning problems.According to its application effect and survey results,corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward from the problems of individual students’ attention and lesson time control,student project evaluation and monitoring,and school-enterprise cooperation closeness. |
