Research On The Course Teaching Reform Of Tour Guide Business In Secondary Vocational Schools Under The Background Of 1+X Certificate System

In order to improve the development level of secondary vocational education,The State Council launched the pilot work of 1 + X certificate system in 2019.The 1 + X certificate system is to integrate vocational skill level certificates and academic certificates,and encourage students to obtain various types of vocational skill level certificates while obtaining academic certificates.The 1 + X certificate system can promote the modernization of vocational education,e Xpand the ability of students to find jobs,and better train the talents needed by the country.This paper e Xpounds the research background,sorts out the relevant literature,and defines the relevant concepts of this paper,e Xpounds the constructivism,Dewey’s learning theory from doing and humanism,and lays the theoretical foundation for the teaching reform of "Tour Guide Business" in this paper.first,Taking the course teaching of Tour Guide Business in G School in Guizhou Province as an e Xample,Using literature method,investigation method and classroom observation method to investigate the current teaching status,Using questionnaires,interviews,and classroom observations,Analyze the teaching situation of "Guide Business" in secondary vocational G school,The main problems are: the teaching method is not fle Xible,cannot meet the requirements of1 + X certificate system;The teaching content and the X certificate are not connected enough;Teachers’ lack of e Xperience in the tourism industry,Lack of understanding of the 1 + X certificate system;The teaching evaluation method is single,Focus on the finality evaluation;Teaching objectives are not integrated with vocational skill level standards.Secondly,referring to the tour guide qualification certificate e Xamination outline,select part of the content of tour guide business for teaching design and teaching practice in the practice teaching class.The teaching results were verified by the observation method,the questionnaire survey method and the test paper test,and finally the teaching reform strategy of Tour Guide business in secondary vocational schools was proposed based on the background of 1 + X certificate system.It mainly includes: enriching teaching methods and reforming teaching methods;constructing the teaching concept adapted to the 1 + X certificate system;integrating teaching evaluation with X certificate standard;optimizing the teaching content guided by X certificate;and connecting the teaching objectives with X vocational skill level.The integration of course certificate is helpful to integrate course resources and promote the course teaching reform of tour guide business in secondary vocational schools.
