Due to the influence of family environment and life experience,children in difficult families often have more difficulties in the process of peer relationship and peer communication.Improving the peer relationship of children from difficult families is of great significance for their self-esteem,deviant behavior,social network and community integration.During my internship in a social work station,the author conducted a theoretical analysis and practical intervention research on the peer alienation of children from poor families in F Town.This thesis takes the children from difficult families in F town as the research object to analyze the problems of self-alienation and peer alienation in the peer relationship of children from difficult families.Among them,the problem of self-alienation is manifested in low self-confidence,low self-esteem and high mood fluctuation;Subjective peer alienation is embodied in weak communication intention,poor communication expression and heavy psychological comparison.Objective peer alienation is manifested in less communication and weak communication ability.This thesis analyzes the causes from four dimensions: association building,emotional connection,difference acceptance and interpersonal reciprocity.Based on the above analysis,this study,based on the theoretical perspective of relationship,formulated " assisted children in troubled families to improve the problem of peer relationship alienation,assist team members to improve self-alienation,subjective and objective peer alienation,so as to form a benign peer relationship and peer interaction ".Group goal is to construct the four-level group work content of " association connection,emotional connection,differential acceptance and interpersonal reciprocity " for children in troubled families,and to develop group work service strategies and specific intervention programs based on the daily communication activities of children in troubled families.Through research,this article draws the following conclusions: First,there is the problem of peer alienation among children from troubled families.Second,the peer group can effectively respond to the problem of peer relationship alienation among children in difficult families.Third,group work should focus on the following four aspects of peer relationship alienation among children in difficult families: first,the establishment of peer relationships among children in difficult families should focus on forming correct self correlation and peer correlation;Secondly,the maintenance of peer relationships among children from troubled families focuses on emotional connection and correct emotional expression;Thirdly,deepening peer relationships in troubled families focuses on understanding differences,accepting differences,and handling differences;Fourth,the extension of peer relationships in troubled families focuses on interpersonal reciprocity and the daily transfer of group experience.
