With the speeding up of industrialization and urbanization in our country,large-scale population movements become inevitable trend.At the same time,it brings the problems of physical condition,mental health and social development of migrant children.Through relevant investigation,experts and scholars have found that when migrant children get along with their peers,they often have various conflicts due to differences in language,family and values,such as lack of belonging,peer support and interpersonal communication barriers.Good peer relationship can guide the development of children's personality.How to effectively guide migrant children into urban life and improve the relationship between peers has become the focus of many experts.This paper takes the floating children in Q community as the research object.In order to further improve the cognitive bias,emotional disturbance,communicative behavior and other problems of the floating children in the community,10 floating children are selected to carry out relevant group work.Six group activities were carried out to promote the communication and interaction between migrant children and their peer groups.In addition,different types of group activities are designed and carried out according to the early,middle and late stage of the group to help the service object improve the ability of peer communication and promote the good development of peer relationship.The effects and gains of the group on the group members were tested by the pre-test and post-test peer interaction ability scale and satisfaction evaluation form.Through the analysis,it is found that group members gradually realize the importance of communication and continuously explore communication skills.The method of group work can help migrant children to explore their own advantages and meet their needs of friendship development by using peer communication,which has a good demonstration effect in intervening in the peer communication of migrant children and can be used for the promotion of other groups.However,in practical work,due to the influence of factors such as the particularity of team members and service continuity,a variety of working methods need to be used comprehensively.Social workers need to give full play to their guiding role,so that team members can enjoy each activity,so as to enhance the sense of belonging.In addition,it also advocates social workers to find their own positioning,and strive to integrate professional services into the study and life of migrant children,so as to comprehensively absorb multidisciplinary methods and successful experience,and provide more high-quality dynamic services for migrant children.
