Enterprise Development is a continuous and dynamic process,during which it will face various internal and external problems.Under normal circumstances,enterprise development can be divided into several stages: start-up,growth,maturity and recession,at each stage there will be some development difficulties or bottlenecks.Since the concept of “Human resources is the core competitiveness of enterprises” was put forward,the biggest problem of enterprise development is the problem of employee motivation.There are many mature incentive management theories,such as two-factor theory,Equity theory theory and expectation theory,which play an important role in helping enterprises to develop and change.However,the employees’ demands are becoming more and more complex and changeable.Enterprises need to set up or adjust their incentive mechanism in time,in order to stimulate the employees’ continuous enthusiasm and work motivation,and help the enterprises to develop healthily.M Company is a well-known small language training and study abroad service institutions,in the education industry has been deeply cultivated for more than 10 years,the size of nearly a thousand people.After the period of rapid development,the business of enterprises has been very stable in recent years,and the market share has also been in the forefront of the industry.As a result,enterprises are facing new bottlenecks in their development,coupled with fierce market competition,as a result of the loss of a large number of old and valuable employees,the company urgently needs to solve the problem of employee motivation.Based on the analysis of the research literature and Management Practice on employee motivation at home and abroad,combining with the management problems and motivation needs of m education company,this paper makes a theoretical summary and research on the motivation practice of M company,analysis of its achievements and shortcomings.And on this basis,extended to the small and medium enterprises of education industry,put forward relevant incentive proposals and measures,in order to provide better development of education industry enterprises for reference and reference.
