Wushu is a unique and precious heritage of the Chinese nation. As an outstanding product of traditional sports culture,it has rich contents and diverse forms, and is deeply loved by the masses of the people. In recent years, most of the domestic colleges and universities opened public martial arts options, along with this course in ordinary colleges and universities, because of its easy to learn, the requirement of site equipment is not high, and martial arts has the cultivation of body and mind,by the enthusiasm of college students, college public martial arts options course has become a popular course.Traditional martial arts teaching puts teachers in the core position, while students are regarded as objects, and students passively accept knowledge and skills.Although this simple and crude teaching method can reduce the workload of teachers, but this teaching method has a great neglect to the emotional needs of students; At the same time,it also has a certain adverse impact on the development of students ’personality.Students’ innovation ability can not be developed, leading to various problems in teaching.Based on the combing and analysis of previous studies, this paper proposes the dynamic evaluation teaching and conducts experimental research to seek for students’ martial arts learning, teacher dynamic evaluation teaching and feedback correction teaching scheme,So as to improve students’ interest in learning;help students to timely understand their own knowledge and skills, improve the quality of teaching, promote the completion of teaching objectives. This study ordinary university public sports martial arts options dynamic evaluation teaching method refers to in the teaching according to the training plan, teaching objectives, class arrangement, etc.,will evaluation throughout the whole process of martial arts teaching, teaching and test pay attention to the tracking of students’ learning process, emphasize the normalized, dynamic, notice process evaluation, and strive to achieve to test for teaching,to promote learning,to test to promote change,to promote optimization, combine test to teaching of martial arts teaching method. Its contents include "leading military system","section system","martial arts conference";"section system" is divided into "section examination" and "kicking hall system".This paper uses the literature data method, expert interview method, measurement method, mathematical statistics method, experimental method and other research methods to explore the dynamic evaluation teaching. The experimental method is mainly used to test its teaching effect. The dynamic evaluation teaching is based on the dynamic evaluation theory, constructive learning theory, the theory of multiple intelligence,goal-oriented teaching theory, example incentive mechanism, etc.,and the teaching practice is continuously improved through expert interviews, and finally, the experimental research conclusion is drawn:1.Dynamic evaluation teaching has no significant impact on the development of students’ physical shape and physical quality. After measuring the physical shape and physical quality of the students before and after the experiment, the measurement results showed that there was no significant difference in the physical shape and physical quality of the students before and after the experiment.2.Dynamic evaluation teaching is helpful to improve the interest of college students’ interest in martial arts options.Through the measurement of students ’learning interest level before and after the experiment of two classes,it is found that the learning interest level of both classes has been improved, but the experimental class of the dynamic evaluation teaching is more obvious than that of the control class;this shows that the two teaching methods can improve the students’ interest level, and the dynamic evaluation teaching is more obvious.3.Using dynamic evaluation teaching, students’ learning satisfaction should be higher. In the comparative analysis of the data of learning satisfaction of the two classes, the data gap of the experimental class is relatively large in classroom teaching, teaching effect and student relationship, and the P value of each data is less than 0.05.The experimental data is better than the control class;the gap between the two classes is not obvious in teaching ability, course arrangement and performance evaluation, and the P value of each data is less than 0.05.Generally speaking, the satisfaction of the experimental class students to the course is greater than that of the control class.4.The use of dynamic evaluation teaching is conducive to students ’learning of martial arts skills, and the level of students’ skill exercise should be higher. After the teaching, the other three martial arts teachers were invited to evaluate the skills of the students while ensuring that the evaluation standards of the two classes were consistent. The final test data show that the performance of the experimental class of the dynamic evaluation teaching is higher than that of the control class of the traditional teaching, which shows that the dynamic evaluation teaching can promote the mastery and improvement of students’ martial arts knowledge and skills to a certain extent.5.The dynamic evaluation teaching of public sports and Wushu elective courses in ordinary colleges and universities is feasible. After three months of teaching experiment measurement and analysis of the indicators, the results show that the results in ordinary public sports options in the implementation of dynamic evaluation teaching, dynamic evaluation teaching in line with modern education, can cultivate students’ good learning habits, promote students to develop good sports moral character, and interest in learning traditional martial arts.
