| With the continuous development of China’s education industry,the continuous emergence of new educational concepts,and the transformation of teaching methods,new perspectives and ideas have been provided for us to explore football teaching reform.The teaching of football elective courses in ordinary universities bears the historical responsibility of cultivating talents needed in the new era.Innovating and changing teaching methods in football teaching has become one of the effective ways to promote the comprehensive development of college students with students as the center.In view of this,this study takes the experimental teaching method in the teaching of football optional courses in ordinary universities as the research object,and takes the essence of relevant national policies and the current situation of football optional course teaching in ordinary universities as the research topic.Starting from relevant theoretical basis and teaching principles,this study conducts football optional course teaching experiments,targeting the physical form,physical fitness,football special skills,football theoretical knowledge,and non-intelligent factors of college students,Based on the data obtained from pre and post experimental tests and the characteristics of the indicators reflected,this paper analyzes and demonstrates the differences in teaching effectiveness between try teaching method and traditional teaching method,as well as the advantages of try teaching method.Therefore,it is proposed to divide it into four parts for discussion.The first part is the teaching principles and teaching design of the try teaching method.From the teaching principles of the try teaching method,the key points of try guidance,immediate correction,preparation,cooperation and complementarity,democracy and harmony are extracted.From the teaching design of the try teaching method,the teaching steps and classroom teaching process of the try teaching method,the teaching steps and classroom teaching process of the traditional teaching method are also extracted.From the comparison between the try teaching method and the traditional teaching method,the comparison table,precautions,and schedule arrangement are also extracted.The second part is the elements and tests of the teaching experiment of football optional courses in ordinary universities.Extract not only the experimental subjects,experimental time,experimental location,and key points of experimental equipment from the experimental elements,but also the testing indicators and methods from the experimental tests.Extract also important points such as experimental control,experimental purpose,experimental hypothesis,and experimental process from the experimental elements and tests.The third part is the results and analysis of the teaching experiment of football optional courses in ordinary universities.From the test results of the control class and the experimental class before the experiment,it is analyzed that the experimental class and the control class meet the premise and requirements of the teaching experiment,and from the pre and post test results of the experimental class,the pre and post test results of the control class,as well as the test results of the control class and the experimental class after the experiment,the reasons for the changes and differences in the physical fitness,football specialized skills,football theoretical knowledge,and non intellectual factors of college students are analyzed.The fourth part is the conclusion.Extracting from the conclusion that the try teaching method can effectively improve students’ football specific skills,theoretical knowledge,non-intelligent factors,and meet the comprehensive development needs of students,it also provides corresponding suggestions for football teachers in ordinary universities to use the try teaching method. |
