With the continuous progress and development of society,people’s views on education and education have undergone great changes,the overall quality of students has been continuously enhanced,and the ways of acquiring knowledge have also continued to increase.Traditional teaching methods have been difficult to meet the needs of students in the new era.Under the social background,the reform of teaching methods is imperative.In order to test whether the dynamic layered teaching method can achieve better results in the teaching of net-separated confrontation items,this paper takes volleyball and badminton as examples to conduct experiments in the teaching of general courses in physical education colleges.This paper adopts the method of literature materials,interviews,and teaching experiments.Taking volleyball and badminton as examples,the students of the2020-level physical education major and the 2019-level sports training major of Xi’an Institute of Physical Education are selected as the experimental objects.There are 20 students in each class,all boys,randomly divided into experimental class and control class for 8-week teaching experiment.Before the experiment,students are divided into three levels,A,B,and C,based on the results of special skills and physical fitness tests.After the experiment is completed,the following conclusions are drawn by comparing the special skills test scores of the experimental class and the control class:(1)Before the experiment,3 physical fitness indicators and 4 basic technical indicators were tested for volleyball;3 physical fitness indicators and 3 basic technical indicators were tested for badminton.After T test,the corresponding indexes of the two items were P>0.05,which did not reach the level of statistically significant difference,which met the basic requirements of teaching experiment grouping.(2)After the experiment,the volleyball experimental class and the control class reached the standard number of balls against the wall were 44±9.87,35.2±16.21,P=0.045<0.05;the number of passable balls against the wall was 44.7±8.5respectively,35.05±16.31,P=0.024<0.05;the number of up-to-standard shots in frontal overhand serve were 2.55±0.61,2.05±0.89,P=0.044<0.05;the number of up-to-standard shots in spike was 3.45±0.83,3.35± 0.81,P=0.7>0.05;except for spikes,the experimental class was better than the control class in other indicators,reaching a statistically significant level.In the teaching competition between the experimental class and the control class,the experimental class outperformed the control class by a score of 2:0,2:1,and 2:1.(3)After the experiment,the number of the badminton experimental class and the control class that reached the standard in forehand hits were 6.55±1.79,4.89±2.18,P=0.013<0.05;were 6.45±1.27,5.11±2.38,P=0.033<0.05;the number of qualified forehand picks were 5.95±1.85,3.74±2.71,P=0.005<0.05;the test scores of the three indicators of the experimental class were all Better than the control class,there is a statistically significant difference P<0.05.The experimental class of badminton project outperformed the control class with 14 wins and 6 losses in the teaching competition.(4)The teaching effect of the dynamic layered teaching method is better than that of the traditional teaching method.The dynamic layered teaching method enables students to always be in a learning environment that suits them.During the practice process,partners feed each other,help each other,and make progress together.On the one hand,it meets the needs of students’ practice level,so that students can persevere and make continuous progress;on the other hand,in the process of practice,it cultivates students’ ability to unite,cooperate and communicate with others,so that students maintain a positive attitude and develop a lifelong attitude.The values of sports.The dynamic layered teaching method arranges students with similar levels to train together,which can well ensure the training load and training quality required by the net-separated confrontation project,and meet the training conditions for the steady improvement of the net-separated confrontation project,showing the dynamic layered teaching.The advantages of the law in the net against the project. |
