A Research On Case Work For Juvenile Community Behavior Corrections

The community correction system based on case work is a modern "balanced" correction mode with strong scientific nature and intervention effect.Through the organic integration of psychological intervention and behavioral intervention,it highlights the personalized characteristics of intervention,and plays an important practical role in the application of community correction of juvenile delinquency.Case work correction,on the basis of "diversified interaction and individual healthy growth",with "comprehensive evaluation and grid management" as the leading factor,with "behavior consciousness system and multidimensional interformation" as the guide,sociology,education,psychology and law related content,to reshape the youth community correction systematic intervention system,has a strong practicality.Based on the field investigation of the juvenile community correction work of H Justice Institute,this article explores the advantages of case work in the community correction of minors.Through integrating ecosystem,advantage perspective theory and cognitive behavioral theory,and using various research methods,such as unstructured interview and participating observation.After comprehensively predicting the situation of the corrected objects of minors,more professional and technical means are used to find out the problems and put forward the service plans for the family,the community and the government.These professional and technical means not only alleviate the psychological problems of minors,improve their legal awareness,but also improve their relationship with their parents,explore their potential,and constantly enhance their self-confidence and social responsibility.Through this way and method,the minor correction object is promoted to return to the normal life,and the service goal set is achieved.
