In the past 20 years,from the 17 th National Congress to the 20 th National Congress,from "caring","supporting","running well","no one with disabilities can be missing",and then to "strengthening the inclusive development of special education",the requirements of the Party and the state for special education have been continuously upgraded.Physical education teaching is a part of education and teaching in special education schools,and it is an indispensable link in achieving modernization of education in China.The research on special physical education by Chinese scholars is currently in a period of development and exploration,and there are few studies on physical education teaching,especially on intellectual physical education teaching.This research adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,behavior observation,experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods,from four aspects of physical education teaching content,teaching methods,teaching process and teaching evaluation,to deeply analyze the current situation of intellectual sports teaching in nine special education schools in Zibo City,and find out the existing problems;Guided by the "Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education,Sports,and Health Care in Smart Schools"(2016 edition),propose optimization strategies for smart physical education teaching and carry out relevant research.The conclusion drawn from the current investigation is as follows:(1)The content of physical education for intellectual development is not rich enough,and there are no textbooks available.Teachers are limited to the current situation and lack innovation.(2)During the teaching process,teaching resources were not fully utilized,and "accompanying parents" failed to play the role of "teaching assistants".(3)The teaching methods are diverse but too traditional,and few teachers apply multimedia technology to the teaching of physical education for cultivating intelligence.(4)The school does not attach enough importance to the evaluation of physical education teaching,lacks institutional implementation,and is too superficial,singular,and formal.The evaluation of learning effectiveness often adopts a hierarchical system,with unclear evaluation indicators and insufficient diversity of evaluation subjects.Failed to play the role of promoting teaching and learning through evaluation.Based on this,the optimization strategy is proposed as follows:(1)Accelerate the research and development of intellectual sports textbooks and school-based courses,incorporate "martial arts exercises+classic recitation" into physical education teaching,and further enrich the content of intellectual sports teaching.(2)Using parental resources as a starting point,explore new paths for intellectual sports teaching,guide accompanying parents in assisted teaching,and assist in the new development of intellectual sports.(3)By observing special education through regular schools,learning good teaching methods and methods,and innovating and transforming them according to actual teaching needs,we attempt to apply the "micro class flipped classroom" teaching method to the teaching of physical education for cultivating intelligence.(4)Publicize and give full play to the defect compensation role of sports,promote the integrated education and the teaching mode of all staff education,and link multiple subjects to participate in the teaching and evaluation of intelligence training sports.This study takes students from Class 2,Grade 9 of the Zibo Special Education Center as the practical research object,and conducts a 16 week teaching experiment on the proposed optimization strategy.The practical effect is significant,fully confirming the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed optimization strategy.The conclusion drawn from practical teaching research is as follows:(1)To further enrich the teaching content,it is feasible and effective to incorporate the integration of "martial arts exercises+classic recitation" into the teaching of intellectual sports.(2)Research on practical teaching has found that the 16 week practice of "martial arts exercises+disciple rules" has no significant effect on improving students’ physical fitness,but it has significantly improved their knowledge and skills,attitude and participation,friendship and cooperation,and the practical effect is significant.(3)Under various types of classroom teaching systems for students with intellectual disabilities,"accompanying parents" play a teaching assistant role,playing a significant role in enhancing home school linkage,parent-child relationships,and achieving teaching objectives.(4)The 16 week learning and training of "martial arts gymnastics+disciple rules" has played a strong role of compensation for the defects of mentally retarded students,not only improving students’ language ability,upper and lower limb coordination and hand mouth coordination,but also improving students’ attention,self-confidence and social adaptability.(5)The implementation of extracurricular activities in practical teaching research has brought together homeroom teachers,teachers,students,parents,and caring individuals from society,exerting the role of diverse subjects in the evaluation of intellectual sports teaching,and becoming the basis for promoting the reform and development of sports teaching.
