As the most important form of education for disabled students in China,special education has an important impact on the physical and mental development and growth of disabled groups.It is also an important indicator to measure the level of education development and achieve educational equity in China.Special physical education is an indispensable part of special education,which is more important to disabled groups than physical education to ordinary groups.Research on it will help disabled students develop lifelong sports awareness,form good habits of rehabilitation exercise,improve confidence in life and realize the value of life.On the basis of respecting and caring for them,their equal rights to participate in education and sports as ordinary students can also be guaranteed.By using the methods of literature review,field investigation,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and interview,this paper takes the current situation of physical education implementation in Bazhong special education schools as the research object,from the policy measures of the government and relevant departments,the basic situation of the five special schools in Bazhong,physical education teachers,students’ participation in physical education,the current situation of the implementation of physical education in Bazhong special education schools Parents’ attitude to physical education,social attention and the current situation of physical education were investigated,and optimization strategies were studied.In the questionnaire survey of teachers and students at the same time,comprehensive interviews with relevant experts,school leaders,sports directors and excellent sports teachers,to understand the relevant data and some of the current problems,and achieved certain results.The conclusion is as follows: 1.The government and relevant departments are more concerned about the disabled,but there are relatively few policies on education and sports for special schools and special students.2.The public’s attention to special education schools and physical education in special education schools is very low.Most people don’t know the concept at all.Some people just have contact with it and don’t know much about it.Few people really know about this field.3.The overall level of the school is low,the scale of the school is small,and the software and hardware can not meet the standards and requirements in many aspects.In addition to Bazhou special education schools have some bright spots,the overall development level of other schools is poor.Bazhong special education school stadium facilities and equipment as a whole are insufficient,sports venues area is not enough,the lack of types of venues,old facilities,update speed is slow,equipment quantity and quality are lacking,some can not meet the needs of physical education,can not meet the requirements of standards.Some schools do not adopt the new curriculum standards,teachers do not pay attention to the role of teaching materials,most teachers pay attention to the physical exercise of students,but ignore the psychological education,teachers’ teaching methods are not diversified,most only use the traditional methods,teaching organization form is relatively reasonable,but from the number and age span is slightly unreasonable.The overall number of physical education teachers is small,there are more part-time teachers,the proportion of men and women is not harmonious,the age structure of teachers is not balanced,there are fewer young teachers,the professional mismatch is serious,talents with high academic qualifications are scarce,the number of teachers with senior professional titles is small,most teachers choose to engage in this industry because of stable work and professional reasons,and teachers love this profession.The proportion of male and female students is relatively balanced,and they all like physical education,but the students’ love for the content of physical education shows a two-level trend,students’ interest in sports is quite different,teachers’ ability and energy are limited,and there is no interesting and meaningful innovative sports at present.The form of school two exercises is simple and old-fashioned,the time and frequency of extracurricular physical exercise are far from the basic standard,the situation of school sports meeting is uneven,the formation of sports team is not optimistic,although there are some achievements in sports competition,but only in a single project,the overall level still has a lot of room for improvement.4.Some parents have some misunderstandings about the understanding and attitude of special education schools and special physical education.They don’t take into account the children’s feelings and don’t pay attention to the role of physical education in children’s growth.The following suggestions are put forward: 1;2.Strengthen publicity to promote social concern;3.The school should strengthen its construction;Improve hardware facilities;Strengthen the innovation of PE curriculum standard,teaching content,teaching material use,etc;Strengthen the construction of teaching staff;People oriented,caring for students;Improve the quantity and quality of extracurricular sports activities.4.Do a good job in parents’ communication.
